I scheduled a 3-bedroom move, but because the job before mine ran over, I was pressured to reschedule. Since that was not possible, the only option offered was for the movers to complete a single load, leaving my children and me to figure out the rest on our own. The movers themselves were professional, courteous, and apologetic. Unfortunately, management was the complete opposite. The owner showed little accountability for the poor scheduling and lack of time management that created the issue. To make matters worse, after the move was completed, I waited 30 minutes trying to process payment while the movers stood around waiting. I eventually had to contact the owner myself, and he sounded half asleep. > > The moving crew did their best, but poor management, communication, and organization made this an unnecessarily stressful experience.

"You scheduled your move on the same day that you called, we tried to reschedule you for the next day but you insisted that you wanted to move the same day. We did our best to accommodate your time. Of course they were still on a previous job because you were not on our schedule but we accommodated you anyways. It's unfortunate that you would leave us this kind of review when we tried our best to help you, but it was you who was unprepared and unorganized on a late move, of course the experience was terrible for all of us because of your choices. I would like to send a Big Thank You to Kevin at Bailey’s Moving and Hauling. The service I was provide was amazing. Moving is a job and stressful enough but I tell you what these guys made it so easy from the time I called to book my move up until moving day. Kevin made sure he accommodated me anyway he could to make sure things were perfect for moving day. The guys were early, got in and got out within a few hours while also doing a wonderful job, and they are not expensive at all. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I would recommend them to anyone. Overall I was very satisfied!!! 5 stars from me!

They started out professional and reasonable at the beginning. It?s as if they realized they were doing a great job and proceeded to slow down. One guy sat around in the truck. Things went really left when the drive time nearly doubled what was quoted and anticipated. We left one location at the same time. My vehicle was bogged down and theirs wasn?t even half full. I have camera and logged proof but when I talked to the owner the drive time logged by them was incorrect. I calmly explained that I didn?t think that was fair and I feel they purposely slowed down. I could see if they had a reasonable explanation but to lie when I have video proof is wild. I wish things had going differently. I would have used them again.

"You are not being honest, the guys only took 2 hours to get to your drop off. You claim it took 4. There is no video proof that you provided to make such a claim, if the guys took 4 hours to get to your drop off but it only supposed to takes 2 you never called the office to complain, you only made this up at the end in order to get money off of your bill. it's unfortunate that you would leave such a untruthful review and do such a thing to a great company. After talking to Kevin Bailey, I was sure that I was in good hands. When the truck arrived I knew that it wasn?t large enough to load all my furniture, so we had to make 2 trips which cost me more money than I was quoted. When the guys arrived, I specifically explained how things should be placed in the storage unit bc some furniture would be moved out first. I wasn?t able to keep an eye on what they doing from start to finish. Well, I went to the storage unit to remove my things out and it was so unorganized that I couldn?t get one foot inside the storage unit. They only wrapped one mattress and I had three, a lot of other delicate furniture should?ve been wrapped but wasn?t. I paid a lot of money to have professionals to handle my move and on top of that, I gave each guy a tip.

"You received the truck size for what you said you had over the phone, but when we arrived we discovered you had more than what you mentioned over the phone, so we had to do a second trip and you were not charged for the return trip. I would not recommend Bailey's to anyone. Once they found out I had a Ring camera, I told them I could see them and, they were taking their time. They called Kevin Bailey, the owner, and at that point I was told that the job would take longer and they would be charging me an additional $200. When I declined, the items which had been put on the truck were taken off and put back in my home. The price was extensively discussed before I contracted with them as I am a Senior citizen and explained I did not have a lot to spend on moving. and then the story changed after I could see them on the Ring camera.

"I am saddened that you would take the route of leaving us a bad review knowing that we spoke about a 2-hour minimum, at $99 per hour, however your move was going take at least 4-5 hours but you did not want to pay over 2 hours. When we arrived and found out you did not have enough to pay your balance we declined to do your move, and my crew politely put your things back in your home. The only issue with your ring camera is that you were watching them saying they're going slow because you only want to pay for 2 hours for a 5-hour move. It's unfortunate that things didn't work out between you and our company, however we never moved you and have no issue with you, good luck and God bless!"

The owner is very courteous and accomomadating. The pricing is very reasonable. The movers were on time. They were fast but considerate, very careful with the fragile things. They brought along enough material to secure everything. Thank you Derik and Tony for taking out the worry that goes along with moving. If I have another move in the future it will be with this company and I would ask to have these two guys do it.

Mr. Bailey and his crew were spot on the best moving company I have ever worked with. On time, all equipment needed, full crew, and positive attitude.
