Amazingly Professional! I had an emergency on the weekend where the heat went out when the temperature was 25 degrees outside. Lucas came immediately within 45 minutes and sent a text that had a map showing where he was en route to my location. The lady that initially answered the call was also so professional and kind. I explained that I had an issue with breathing and the cold and she was compassionate and entered the request with high priority. The heater was fixed quickly by Lucas and the experience was great. I would highly recommend Baker Brothers. Thank you for employing such talented people who care and having such a well run company. This is a source of light in the world!

Fast next day service, knowledgeable service technician, did the evaluation and install the same day. Ready and willing to go to work, from the scheduler on the phone to the service technician on site. I had a water heater replaced and brought up to code. The price seemed incredibly fair as opposed to previous quotes from other plumbers. They put down floor protection and left the job clean and finished. I have no complaints, it was all good.

Excellent service from BB as usual. MArk the technician was outstanding. He is a great worker and a joy to deal with. BB has worked on my AC and now plumbing. Great experiences every time.

High-Cost Installation, Zero Post-Sale Support or Communication This review is regarding a $31,000 investment (a $25,000 system/install plus $6,000 for additional insulation) that has failed to deliver on professional customer service or clear communication. ​Failure to Offer Maintenance: I was never offered a maintenance plan at the time of the initial system installation (two years ago). As a customer who just spent $31,000 on a new system and insulation, I absolutely would have purchased a maintenance plan if it had been presented to me. ​Blaming the Customer: Two years later, when I called for service, the company now informs me about the necessity of maintenance and attempts to shift the blame to me for the system not being properly maintained. I relied on them, as the supposed experts, to advise me on how to protect my massive investment. ​Poor Management Response: When the issue escalated to a manager, the conversation was unproductive. Despite my clear frustration—and while I acknowledge I used some strong language—Oscar the manager attempted to prematurely terminate the call by claiming I was talking over him, even though he was doing the same to me. The conversation just felt like lines were drawn and he was defending the company, placing the blame on me rather than taking care of me as a valued customer. And today, the service was extremely disappointing, especially after paying a discounted rate of $305. All the technician did was pour water in a tube and blow air into it. This minimal effort took less than 5 minutes, which felt like a complete waste of money for the diagnostic value provided. ​Unresponsive Call Center/AI: The company uses an automated AI answering service, which often feels like a way to avoid customer service. My issue was classified by the system as "urgent" and escalated over an hour ago, yet I still have not received the promised callback. In ​Conclusion: This company installed a high-cost system but is indistinguishable from "the rest of the run-of-the-mill companies" when it comes to professionalism, follow-through, and customer support. The lack of proactive communication and subsequent blame-shifting is unacceptable. I used to highly recommend this company, but I'm not sure that I can do that any longer after my experience with them today.

I needed my air conditioner serviced because it wasn’t cooling. The service representative did an excellent job deciphering the problem. He also told me how to avoid the problem from happening again. Great job!

Please read to the end of this review I had a water leak coming through my foundation in my garage. Baker Brothers sent their plumber, and he went through various ways of rectifying the problem and quoted $5558.41 to complete the repair. They arrived next day at 9:30am, completed all the work as promised by 3pm to an excellent standard, a very professional service. I give your staff a 5 star rating on the service I received. However the only negative comment is the price, I thought the price charged to be very excessive see break down Locate Leak $465.40 Access Panel (Cut into sheet rock 2 times) $679.48 Run single loop of 60ft of nylon hot water pipe $4413.53. Taking in account $200 for raw materials, correct me if I am wrong and 30 minutes for lunch break, a total of 5 hours. The labor rate works out to be $1071.68 per hour for 1 plumber and 1 laborer. This I believe to be unacceptable labor rate I have requested a justification but as yet I have not had a reply

Service was easy to schedule. Everyone from the scheduling agent to the technicians were very professional and responsive. The issue was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Price was a little higher than what I expected but...the quality of work was worth it.

Baker Brothers never disappoints. My a/c unit stopped working and Stephen quickly went to work. He identified the problem and throughly explained the issue. It’s nice to know I can trust them with all my plumbing, a/c, and electrical issues! Another happy customer… Bravo!

Everything went great - got the appointment time we needed, was informed when the technician would arrive, the technician arrived and diagnosed and repaired the problem. Joseph was very knowledgeable and professional.
