Very well. Baker tree gave me a competitive quote and addressed the problem intelligently. My large maple tree was trimmed to keep it balanced and erect and removed large branches that were the main problem. The crew arrived on time in the morning and finished around noon. the crew also trimmed three other trees and removed a very large photinia bush (about 30 feet high) and removed the stump from the photinia bush.

Baker Tree Service removed two trees that were in a challenging location (between houses, near electricity, gas tanks and septic, on sloping land, with lack of access for trucks). They did a very good job. The crew was careful, quick, polite, and cleaned up well. My experience, from start to finish, was very good. I would use them again and will recommend them to my neighbors.

The removal went really well especially since the area was so tight so it had to be done manually. The location, which was at the base of a steep hill did not allow for the proper equipment to remove the stump. Regardless, they we quickly responsive and went out of their way to try and resolve the challenge.

All interaction was done over the phone and via email. Clint came and examined my tree while I was at work and we discussed the options in real-time over the phone. The office was very responsive both on the phone and via email when I had questions. The trimming was also completed while I was at work. The crew did very well in fulfilling Clint's recommendation and not damaging anything and cleaning up. In fact, I still had leaves from this tree on the ground from last Fall and they took those away also, very thorough clean up. These were large, long, and heavy branches removed safely with fences on both sides and one grown over the roof in my little 20x20 backyard (townhouse). One was also intertwined heavily with my wisteria, they took care of it and left the wisteria in great shape. This tree is at least 60' tall and 18" at it's base. I completely recommend Clint (he assured me I would still have most of my shade and he was right) and Baker Tree Service and will have them back when the time comes. I'm completely satisfied, look no further for tree service at a reasonable price.

Crew did an excellent job addressing areas of tree that needed to be cut back. Arborist was professional and provided guidance on best practices. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing tree services in the Frederick area.

Dad was upset they left ruts in the driveway which he fixed himself; I was appreciative they were able to 'work with him' and they were professional I just felt the 2nd bill was much higher than the first.

Eric was very thorough in his estimate and broke down the job so that we could choose exactly what we wanted Baker to do and what we would do. The prices quoted for all services were very fair. The crew was punctual, polite, thorough, professional, worked safely, protected the house, roof and windows from damage, and cleaned up the site after they were finished. Eric returned to inspect the job and arranged for additional stump grinding. The replacement tree was installed in a timely manner, although delayed by weather conditions. We used Baker for another job and plan on using them again.

It was great having someone answer the phone at the office when I was looking for an estimate. <br /> The Gentleman who gave me the estimate listened to my concerns and explained how the trees would be pruned/cut. <br /> Men arrived at 8am. We walked  the yard and reviewed which trees they were going to work on. <br /> Gentleman that gave me the estimate came by and checked in with me also during the morning. <br /> Second crew arrived in the afternoon with the "cherry picker" to prune Birch. <br /> Every branch, limb and leaf that fell to the ground was cleaned up. <br /> Crew checked in with me when they were finished. <br /> Would definitely hire again. <br /> <br />
