Luke was excellent! He arrived promptly for the hvac appt (even a little early). He explained thoroughly the problem, determined which pipe caused the condensation. And then agreed to try the less expensive, more conservative option first to solve the problem. Luke was also very helpful with giving information to the many questions I asked. I feel like I have a trusted business and hvac repairman to take care of any issues that may arise w my hvac system, plus opted to have the yearly maintenance on my hvac system w this business.

Jeremiah came out twice, once to fix a water pressure problem causing a leak and replace a faucet and the second time to install a Moen flow to detect any future leaks. He did an excellent job. He is knowledgeable and informative with excellent communication skills. He definitely deserves 5 stars!

We called Balance Point on a Friday evening and were told that someone would call us back the next morning to schedule a visit. The tech actually called us back a few minutes later to set up an appointment for Saturday morning. He came out on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Less than 30 minutes later, our AC was up and running again, for a fraction of the cost of the other companies' weekend service charge. Great experience with Balance Point!!
