Horrible and job not finished

Over a multi week period Glenn and his crew cut down not only the pecan tree under contract but other trees that were not asked to be removed. Leaving behind the pecan tree stump and other stumps, trunks, limbs and debris all over the yard. This job was for my mother's home - she is blind in assisted living and I am out of state. Neighbor provided pictures and updates which were very different than the photos provided to me by Ballard. I have contacted the Company and asked for it to be resolved. No response.

They removed the stump and made the area flawless as if the stump was never there. They did professionally, awesome work!
