"Thank you for your feedback it’s greatly appreciated."
"We appreciate the work and very happy you are satisfied."
"We strive to be the BEST at what we do in all areas of business and appreciate your encouraging feedback. Also I would like to comment on your mention of fumes. During the process of spraying the finish on the tub fumes are released but are immediately removed from the premises by using a ventilation system. No fumes linger through the house. Now all paint gives off an odor which I’m sure the comment is directed about. We combat odor with a scent agent and low VOC paint. So we do everything possible to combat the fumes and odor. Also the best way for the odor to dissipate is bringing in fresh air from open windows to circulate with the odor. Under the correct conditions the odor dissipates within hours and someones sense of smell may play a key roll with odor as well. Again thanks for you feedback and please call us with any questions or concerns we will gladly address them all."
"Thank you for your review [Member Name Removed] it’s greatly appreciated. I’m glad I was able to see the error and correct our mistake. Thank you again."

"I'm very glad that you are happy with the tub refinishing work we performed. As well your feedback is greatly appreciated too."
"Thank you for your feedback. The paint doesn't give off an odor when dry. The customer I believe had left rite after the tub was done for vacation and if there is no air circulation and everything is locked down the smell may linger for a while. The best way and fastest way to remove the smell is air circulation from open windows so fresh air can come in to remove the paint odor from the premises. Now we do use a vent system during the process to eliminate all the fumes while spraying the tub. The paint does give off an odor while drying and to mask that smell we use a scent. We do everything possible to eliminate the paint smell during the refinishing process. Under the correct circumstances the odor should only last no more then a day or by the next morning or sooner when the tub is ready to use. We apologize for any inconvenience the process of refinishing and paint odor may cause to our customers. THANY YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR FEEDBACK AND I HOPE THIS INFORMATION MAY HELP YOU UNDERSTAND MORE ABOUT THE ODOR."
"I'm very happy to hear your positive feedback and we appreciate any referrals that you may give us in the future. Also if you have any questions or concerns please call. THANK YOU!!!"

"Thank you for your positive feedback and your concerns about the process that I would like to address at this time. Now fumes are produced by spraying the tub but are vented out of the premises completely during the process using a ventilation system. The odor which can be strong dissipates very quickly with in hours and we also use a scent to mask the paint odor. We do everything possible to eliminate the fumes and odor while performing the refinishing. Wet paint will give off an odor for a period of time and under circumstances which deviate from the standard job may have odors linger longer. We do apologize for any issues the paint odor may have caused. In reference to surface debris it is common in all refinishing and happens when dust, dirt or debris lingers in the air or may be kicked up then lays on the paint in between the finish drying and skimming over so dust doesn't cling on to the finish. Its within the time of the last coat sprayed on the tub and 15-30 minutes afterwards. It clings on to the tub by 1/10 the diameter of a human hair and with regular use will release itself from the finish but most of it will wipe right out of the tub prior to using. I hope this information helps you more understand the process and we do apologize again for any misunderstanding and THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND AGAIN FOR YOUR FEEDBACK."

"I'm sorry and surprised that you have given my company an "F". The tub refinishing work was completed to satisfactory condition based on our conversations. I know that you are upset with damage to your floor that is in question. However, through our conversations, pictures, and emails I feel we have ruled out my guys based on the shape and size of the foot print. My workers never take their shoes off and this was a footprint as depicted in the picture. Shoes are a vital protection against injury from our equipment and sharp tools which is why I am saying the damage was not from the workers. The damage was 7 inches in length and none of the workers have a foot that size. In addition, the footprints are located in a part of the house where no work was completed. The only time the tech was in the vicinity was when all tools and supplies were already put into the van and he was going over the care instructions for the tub, and to receive payment for the work performed. I ask that you grade our work based solely on the work performed and not on something that was outside of our doing."
