Contractor contacts client, scheduled appointment, make sure work is done of the highest quality and standards.

Came home from work and realized my water heater bottom had blown and almost flooded my basement. Check Yelps looking for a plumber. Based on the ratings and other reviews. decided to call Baltimore Sewer Service. Within 45 minutes they were at my door with a new water heater and ready to work. they were courteous and very professional. The job was done to my satisfaction and very professionally.

It went great.  Contractor did all he was to do, and more.  He replaced the line further than we originally contracted him to do, as he wanted to ensure that the new home owner had no future problems. <br /> <br /> Baltimore Sewer Service is a great company to deal with, and in light of this recent job they completed, I have now awarded them the plumbing on an entire house, along with replacing the sewer line at this home. <br /> <br /> <br /> Can't go wrong using this company. <br /> <br />

He was about 90 minutes late, but he explained that he had been coming from Northern Virginia and that the traffic was really bad. (He also reduce the fee because of the lateness, which is nice.) <br /> <br /> Once there, however, he was thoughtful and took his time to explain everything that he was doing and answer all of my questions. He was clean and thorough. I was very pleased with the service.

BaltimoreSewerService.com LLC was one of many companies to come and give us an estimate on a sewer line repair.  The difference with this company was that they offered a trench-less sewer repair.  I did not want to have to dig up my yard or cut down my trees.  BaltimoreSewerService.com LLC came and "jetted" the line first to remove the tree roots.  They used this machine to line my sewer line.  It was very interesting to watch.   <br /> I am just so pleased that my yard was not

The job went extremely well.  As I mentioned earlier, it took longer than expected but Jason and team stayed until Saturday night to complete the job.  It has been 10 months since the repair was made and we have had no incidents since then. <br /> What prompted me to write this review today is that I recently had another plumber do some work for me because Jason was out of town.  They misdiagnosed the problem, jackhammered a large hole in the floor and concrete slab that was unnecessary, and after realizing that they had misdiagnosed the problem, left the hole in the floor and said they would send someone next week to determine the next steps.  Jason came to the house on Labor Day, identified that it was a small problem, fixed it, and even filled the hole left by the other plumber and hauled away the stones they left behind.  I'm sure he saved me thousands of dollars and a huge mess had they needlessly dug up more of the floor.

Jason installed a sewer liner (trenchless repair) at our home prior to moving in.  We discovered upon move-in that the toilet was not reinstalled correctly.  We had to pay $300 to have it repaired, and found that things underneath the toilet had been badly mangled.  The toilet was working fine previously.  There was excrement remaining inside the toilet, indicating that it was not possible that he did not know the toilet wasn't working upon leaving our  house.  The drain cover was also taken off in the shower, and was not resealed.  Debris was put in our trash can without a garbage bag, thus I had to dig greasy and gooey parts out in order to put it in a bag.  I have no way to know if the lining was installed correctly, but the experience was not a professional one, and I wouldn't use this provider again.
