"I absolutely do not recall any such situation involving a managing company responsible for supervisory or oversight on behalf of this complainer homeowner?? Why would any contractor be foolish enough to not completely satisfy and comply with a management company as the governing body? This complainer is quite obviously at odds and in grievance with their property manager and unfairly including us into their personal, (unrelated to our services), battle! If any customer ever has remaining leaks or any issues after any of work is performed we always immediately return to resolve any unforeseen additional work needed that may not have been brought to our attention or may not have been properly conveyed by the homeowner who can understandably be unaware or unknowledgeable as a lay person. Our less invasive procedure of engineered liquid epoxy injection is always less expensive than the common destructive trenches, pumps and excavation as performed by others. We have successfully served our community for over 25 years. I and my men have provided and supported our families with our business and HARD WORK. For anyone to actually waste & spend vicious time to bring harm, unfair criticism, and fraudulently defame the character of a well known consumer advocate provider to the community, is a shameful act that can only bring unblessed karma to the offender. Future customers that make decisions based upon rare isolated rants spewed from a state of either ignorance or miscommunication due to one's limited ability to comprehend is truly doing themselves a huge disservice!!
