Bamboo Tree Service and Landscaping

They were very responsive with great communications. They gave us a fair estimate to remove a large tree that had fallen into another tree. I had the estimate within two business days and the work was completed two days later. They cleaned up everything for us and stacked wood for use in our fire pit. Highly recommend. Their prices were half of what others had quoted so was a bit nervous that it was too good to be true—but it was true and the job was professionally done.

Jose and his team are very professional. Showed up on time and did what he said he would. Also his price was the best of several quotes. His crew is small, but they all worked non-stop unlike other companies I've hired in the past. This translates to better prices to the customer. Clean up after the job was good as well. I would hire again.

He and his crew of two arrived on the arranged date and time and took the tree down professionally and in a safe manner. The work area was cleaned up. Cut-down and complete removal (haul away) of a 35-40 ft Virginia Beech—with stump sawed flush to the ground. Contacted Bamboo Tree and Landscape Service and received an estimate from the owner, Jose Gutierrez, within 2 business days. Reached out to 3 other “ Angie Super Service Award” tree removal services for estimates. Return calls and estimates (20-40% higher) trickled in over 10-days. The work was completed within a few days after selecting Bamboo Tree and Landscape Service. Jose and his small crew (3 others) showed up at the scheduled time and were most professional and courteous. Jose was extremely prompt in returning phone calls, answering emails, addressing minor questions-concerns and getting the job done with short notice. Highly recommend with no reservations.

Jose and his crew were amazing and I would definitely hire them again! They showed up on time every day and cleaned up when they left. Two-man crew worked hard in 90 degree temperature for a day and a half. Were courteous and answered all of our questions before they proceeded. Great experience.

This is third year Jose provided his services for me. I have found him to be honest and trustworthy, and his work, from beginning to final clean-up, is meticulous.

Mr. Gutierrez responded to the inquiry quickly, and when I called to make an appointment to do the work, he said he had time and came over in a few minutes with one other worker. His price was reasonable for what I wanted done. They went right to work, did an excellent job of trimming the shrub, cut down and removed the two evergreens, and cleaned up everything. My husband and I were very pleased with the work and the cleanup. I highly recommend this service and will hire them again if we have more work to be done.

They did a great job, they reviewed all the work with me and confirmed everything with an on the stop estimate, work was done within 48 hours of the estimate. Jose, the owner of bamboo Tree Service, was very responsive and came out to provide a free quote. I accepted his quote but needed to delay the work until a boundary survey was completed. When I called him to schedule, he was again responsive and gave me a firm date. He and his helper came as promised and did the work quickly and neatly. I discussed a few additions to my original plan, and Jose quickly took care of everything I needed. They cleaned up all the debris and did not even charge extra for additional requests. I can't imagine that it could have been any more professional, courteous, or stress free. I have additional landscaping needs and I will definitely give Bamboo a call.

We look forward to meeting with Jose at least twice a year to provide scrub, tree maintenance at our home. He is very knowledgeable in this area and great to work with.
