Bang It came in and promptly replaced the roof. They did a great job, the worksite was always clear, and there was no trace of their work after they were done. I plan on getting a bid from them for sure on our next roofing project.

It was excellent. Bang It helped us stay on budget, gave us options we didn't consider, maintained constant communication, and was well priced. I believe communication is key especially in lengthy projects and Bang It understand that.

I purchased one of the "deals" that are often emailed via Angie's List. I claimed the $199 roof tune up. I was contacted by Eden and we set up an appointment for the following week, when I would be home, a Thursday. That next week Eden was scheduled to be by at 9am. At 9:45 I called the office to make sure I had the day and time correct and they said that they would have Eden get in touch with me. He contacted me and said he was running behind but would be there by 4pm. At 4pm Eden called and said he was on the other side of town and was wanting to reschedule for the next day. I agreed as I need the roof fixed but was disappointed I had wasted the whole day waiting. The following day, Friday, Eden arrived on time. However Eden is just a sales coordinator and not a worker as I was expecting. He made no mention of the $199 deal and proceeded to give me an estimate of $550. I was fine with the price as I figured there would probably be some sort of add ons during the repair. I never mentioned the $199 deal and probably should have but I just wanted to get the roof fixed. We agreed to do the work the following Monday. I was a little apprehensive as I wasn't going to be there but I needed to get the repair done. The following Monday the crew arrived on time. Two of the workers set up ladders outside while a third came in to access the attic to look for leaks. He entered the main attic space to look and my wife got back to getting our child ready for school. A few minutes later as my wife entered the living room she heard a commotion and then looked up to see his foot through our kitchen ceiling. He happened to be in another attic space that was nowhere near the area of the leak and it was an access she had never shown him so he had taken it upon himself to find it. She promptly called me and I told her to have them pick up their stuff and leave. I called Eden, as I had never met the workers, and told him about the incident and he needed to have the workers pack up and go. They did pack up and leave but left a huge mess behind that my wife cleaned up herself and offered no apologies on the way out. Also leaving our fence gate open, which our dog later escaped through, luckily she knows her house and came back later. But also leaving the attic access wide open and also dropping a half smoked cigar on the upstairs carpet. I understand that he was probably embarrassed but his actions were not very professional. I was out of phone contact for several hours but when I was able to get in tough with Eden he was ready to make things right. I told him at this point I just wanted my ceiling fixed and forget about the roof. With two bad experiences it was just time to fix the damage they had caused and move on. The next day or so I was contacted by their main office. I don't recall her name but she was very pleasant and understanding. I told her the whole story and reinforced that I just wanted my ceiling fixed. She offered to send us a gift card which I told her was sweet but not necessary as I just wanted my ceiling fixed. Later that week, when I was home, a crew came by to fix the hole. They arrived on time and were very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure the rest of the house was protected from the mess that fixing drywall can make. It took about 2 hours or so to fix the hole mud, texture and paint (that doesn't match but the paint i had was old and it's all I had.) I should have been more picky as this is a very short time to do all this work and the quality shows. The finished product is well below my expectations and is in need of some sort of touch up work as it is very obvious a repair was done. At this point I was just ready to be done with the whole experience but I still regret not saying something before the workers left.

Eden took pictures of the roof and sealed the problem areas. He also provided a couple shingles that needed to be replaced. He was very through and professional.

It went very well. Very professional and honest people with professional integrity. They came on time and cleaned up well after job finished. No complaints.

Great! Mike was super nice to work with. Practically during the hurricane he came out and tarped my roof and didn’t even bill me. I knew i needed a roof so as soon as the weather would allow i had him and another company bid it out. No contest! Bang It’s pricing and customer service were not notch! Even with the insurance company being slow they were patient and great to work with.

They inspected the entire roof and not only did they caulk around the skylights, but they also made minor repairs in other areas. Very professional. Would definitely recommend!

Mike, the owner, came out and performed the services himself because the offering should have been pulled from Angie's List months ago. His tech knew nothing of the certificate I showed him and the services I was expecting. So Mike honored the purchase and did the work himself. I requested before and after photos, to which he provided via email. The area that was leaking in our dining room did not leak the last big rain we had. We're hoping it will not leak again which would mean the caulking he did took of that problem area. So far, we are very pleased.

The work was completed. He seemed more interested in my getting a new roof.

Bang It Servies did an excellent job. They physically surveyed the roof to assess the damage. Then provided me with a detailed written estimate. Next we discussed the best day to start the job. The job was completed ontime and Mike followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the overall service provided. Could not ask for better service.

Their workers put dark gray shingles on my medium brown roof. Neighbor was commenting how tacky it looked. I had to talk to Mike and convince him there are brown shingles closer color match you can get at home depot. Mike first said it was dark brown not gray. I flew from California to Houston and checked it. I told him it was dark gray. I threatened to publicly share photos of his work. In the end he corrected it and it looks much better. Thank you for fixing it so that it is done right.

Mike and his crew were very professional and did a very good job of it. The roof looks great! Getting quotes on other things around the house.

Great.. mike was great. He was always available to answer questions. He even helped answer questions about the insurance policy for the roof.. the crew was fast and very clean after the job was done.. hire them you won't be disappointed...
