"We are sorry you are unhappy with your experience. On the initial service call when your issue was diagnosed and you were advised of the price of the part and delivery time the information was correct at that time,you decided not to make the repair. At that time the correct model # was given to supplier as technician was still at your location. Unfortunately when you called back days later requesting the repair be made the part was attempted to be ordered, but from simple human error the model number had been recorded incorrectly. You were contacted immediately following the holiday when supplier opened to correct the missing number from the model number recorded. The part, at that time,was no longer available through the supplier and on factory back order with no availability date given. Continual attempts were made through additional suppliers, on line vendors and factory direct to locate and order the part needed to complete this repair. We do appreciate your response and will keep it in mind in the future. Although we were unable to complete this repair due to circumstances beyond our control we do hope you will keep us in mind in the future as well."
