Ray was very informative. Letting me what the actual cause of the problem was in the bathroom. Basically the laundry and lack of exhaust caused browning of the walls of the bathroom. He made suggestions to repaint with the primer, taught me how to prevent future issues of the browning, and even recommended the re-grouting of my bathroom tiles which was long needed. I was impressed and so was my tenant. It's services such as this that made my tenant feel confident about renting longer. I'd thought the price would be higher, but it was very reasonable. I am definitely requesting his services again for my other property!

We hired Ray Williams to do some handyman work for us and the experience was superlative, he was one of the best service pros we have ever had in our home. He was very professional and has a GREAT personality. The cost was unbeatable, we are definitely gonna use him again in the future, he will be our go-to guy.

Excellent work. Baseboards, doors, door frames all cleaned. Bathroom and kitchen scrubbed. Every room cleaned thoroughly. Don’t think the house has been this clean since moving in. The estimate and the cleaning staff were both late, but not horribly. We will get a maintenance cleaning every two weeks as we are so satisfied with the service received. The entire cleaning took 6 hours.

Miriam is so kind and professional. We had a miscommunication (more my fault than hers) and she responded in the most wonderful way. She was on top of it and when I came home that next day, the house was immaculate. She is kind and remarkably professional. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat. My 4 year old still occasionally says, "Oh no Mom I spilled! We have to call Miriam!"

I am a landlord and I usually clean apartments between tenants myself. I didn't have the time and used what I thought was a professional service on this apartment. I was charged for an 8 hour cleaning and found it difficult to find any cleaning was done at all. It didn't look clean and it didn't smell clean. Filthy baseboards, filthy grout, greasy stove, and cabinets. I have done this job before, and I know that it takes less than 8 hours. Plus, the cleaners broke a large mirror in the bathroom and left glass in the apartment and hallway for me to clean up. I was expecting more from a company with such high ratings. When I calmly expressed my disappointment I received nothing but excuses and an attitude. A professional company would have apologized and maybe given a discount. Now I am short $350.00, a broken mirror, and I had to do the job myself.

"Hello and thank you for your review. Unfortunately we at Banks Clean N Care don't clean for free. On initial contact client scheduled a cleaning for 8 labor hrs and canceled the night before. (No deposit taken or cancellation fee assessed) One month later he called and scheduled again with reservations about the price. (stating how he always cleaned this [Member Information Removed]. himself but couldn't do it this time, 6 young men in college living in it). 2/16/18 cleaning date: 4 techs (owner of the company included) 4 text messages sent with concerns about the condition of the [Member Information Removed]. with no response from owner (mirror insecure in bathroom, toilet rocking, pedestal sink rocking very old gas stove/oven hot without being turned on-pilot issue) Text sent requiring more time for cleaning with no response. One hr. given of free cleaning while waiting for a response when the decision to leave was made by the owner of the company. Finally spoke to the customer that evening and advised him of the issues and told him what it would cost to have us come back to finish. He said he would look at the work done the following day and get back to us. We stand by our name! I held the electronic invoice (that states-payment is due when services are rendered) until I heard back. He stated he would finish the cleaning himself and would pay the invoice that day. He did not. After daily calls for payment he would just keep saying I will pay today, I will pay today. Never did he say he was unhappy with the cleaning until we told him we would not pay for a faulty mirror that could have hurt us nor would we give an additional discount past the free hr. already given. After sending an email stating we will pursue this non payment in court this negative review was left and payment was then mailed to us on 2/27/18. (No late fee/no interest) Unfortunately Angie's List only allows reviewers to upload footage not companies as we have detailed pics and video of our interesting day at the property. As a young business owner that tries to go above and beyond for the business it saddens me when reviews are used as retaliation instead of facts and information. It is not ok to use reviews as a way to take advantage of a company that simply wants to be paid for services rendered. Hopefully the 3 Super Service awards won in a row, and an A rating across the board will help prospective clients see the type of company we truly are. Thank you, Marian Owner/Operator"

Everything went great! Marian (the owner) was very professional and provided excellent service. She did an initial visit before scheduling the deep cleaning. There was a bit of back and forth on the initial scheduling, but everything worked out fine. The initial estimate ended up being low, but the house was really in desperate need of cleaning and was a big job. We're looking forward to having Marian's crew back on a regular basis to help us keep things tidy and in good order!

Ray was prompt and professional when he came to take a look at the jobs and came back to finish in a timely manner. He communicated ahead of time about when he would be coming and was clean and neat in his work. See before and after pictures. It was a special for $299 of 8 hours. It was 3 women to make up the 8 hours and we kept them 2 hours extra which was $50 an hour. We had asked for deep cleaning but what they had done was what would be a regular pretty thorough cleaning in a home. We found some little pieces that we found that we had expected to be done that wasn't done. Barbara said they did a great job in the kitchen. Mary had called us in the middle of it to make sure everything was going ok. We would recommend this provider. I think they used maybe innovative cleaning. There were some things that sparkled that we had never been able to make sparkle in our kitchen. They used an environmentally safe which we liked.

The girls showed up on time and spent a little over 2 1/2 hours @ my home. I came home to a very nicely cleaned home. Beds were made , My toilet & paper towers were even folded nicely I am 110% satisfied with this cleaning service. I highly recommend banks!!!

The first time they were here, they did a complete cleaning - moving furniture, getting into the couch cushions, baseboards, windowsills - everything. After that they clean normally.

It went spectacularly. It's so obvious Marian cares about quality & making her customers happy. She did a walk through of our home a week earlier so as to give us a more accurate estimate of the final cost. She's a pro & a fellow mom, so she spotted dust I didn't even see and zeroed in on dirt/smudges left behind by my little ones. I love that she requests a priority list of items we most want the team to focus on (smart time management!) Day of cleaning, Marian and her team arrived punctually and meticulously scrubbed, polished, and beautified our space - we needed some pretty nitty gritty detailing done, too! She and her team ended up staying past the original time estimated to make sure the work met her high expectations as well as ours. Marian also triple checked to make sure nothing was left unturned. Bonus, our house smelled GREAT. Everything was outstanding - the quality of the work, the reasonable pricing, and I mean EXCEPTIONAL customer service. We will absolutely hire Banks Clean 'n' Care in the future!

I hired Ray's Repair and Remodeling a few months ago to remodel my kitchen. They did an amazing job. The process from start to completion was smooth and the job was started and completed exactly on time. They transformed my old outdated kitchen, and the results look fabulous I will highly recommend Ray's Repair and Remodeling to anyone.

This was the second time we had Marian come clean, and we would have loved to have the whole house done again but we decided for budget reasons to stick to the kitchen/bathrooms which are the hardest to keep clean for us. Once again they did a fantastic job, leaving everything spotless and smelling lovely. We have guests coming in a few days and it's just so nice to have those rooms really deep-cleaned before company comes.

Our house looks so immaculate, we're almost afraid to touch anything. Marian and Flo arrived on time and really did an amazing job. We had a deal for 4 hours but they stayed a little bit longer and even cleaned our fridge and oven. Everything smells nice and looks so shiny, and it's taking so much stress off hosting Thanksgiving next week. We did book Marian well in advance for this service, so I definitely recommend thinking ahead.

Marian is fantastic, extremely accomodating, and makes you feel comfortable. She is the first I have truly felt comfortable leaving in my home and actually cleans the way she says she will.
