I spent time looking for a company that would work with me to create my perfect master bath. The room had its challenges. Tony the owner listened and incorporated all my my requests into the plan. He was on site everyday and very involved in the work. Jimmy and Troy were great, skillful and meticulous! I am so pleased with the results and would give my highest recommendation.

The bathroom is STUNNING. It was long overdue for a remodel and Mr. Brice did such a wonderful job. He was extremely patient, helpful, and kind with us (we'd never planned any remodeling before). The price was fair and the work was done quickly and on time. Everything seems sturdy, is working well, and looks great. We're so grateful and happy! Definitely recommend.

B Ann was amazing. We hired them to totally redo our master bath. It was a bear of a job. Walls were moved. Fixtures relocated. They took it down to the studs. Tony was very easy to work with. He went above and beyond at every level. Tony and his team treated my home with the utmost respect. I was kept informed every step of the way. Small upgrades were done at no cost. Tony and his team rose to the challenge. They even brought in Amazon packages, and brought our trash cans back to the carport on trash day. The new bathroom is so beautiful. Even with the unique challenges a 65 year old house presents Tony honored the quoted price. Tony and the rest of team B Ann have restored my faith in hiring contractors. We are already planning the next project for Tony and his team. If your planning a project big or small give B Ann a call. You won’t regret it.

On time, on budget and fantastic service! B Ann Builders are professional from quote to completion. The work completed is exactly what I asked for, performed with perfection, on schedule and within the original bid. These guys are wonderful, very personable, always on time as scheduled and made fast friends with my dogs. They worked with my schedule and minimized disruption to my home. I hired B. Ann Builders to add on a covered cement patio across the back of our house.We also wanted it to have ceiling fans, electrical outlets, and flood lights on both corners. The owner, Tony, came out and gave us a bid and it was very reasonable. He and his crew showed up every day at the time they said they would and were very professional. Every day when they left they cleaned up the area. They finished the job on time. We are very pleased with the job they did and would hire them for any future project. And we really appreciated that they were so good with our dogs.

So far- outstanding! Tony and the guys are on time, thorough, professional, friendly and amazingly talented!!! They always clean up when they are done. We are excited to see how the bunk room is shaping up and so far it looks incredible!! Media wall is beginning to take shape and looking forward to see what the week brings

It went GREAT -B Ann Builders did an incredible job!  The workers were professional, cleaned up every day, and went out of their way to make the remodeling experience a good one.  We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good contractor.  If we decide to do more remodeling, B Ann Builders will definitely be our contractor of choice.

B Ann did a great job.  They were accommodating, efficient, friendly and professional.  Because this work was in a rental property, I had to coordinate schedules with others. They were very helpful in keeping everyone informed about when they would be working. They also put additional crew members on the job to get it done as quickly as possible. The work was high quality, and they were quick to correct the two items that needed attention at the end.   I'd certainly use them again. <br />

They were really good!  They showed up on time and had a team with them to do the work. I have called him back for other projects. The work took about 2 weeks to complete and everything turned out really nice.

I spent $25000. They were recommended to me by a coworker who had them do work at his house and he was pleased. I had them do a quote for me and the scope was well defined and the architect did a great drawing of what I wanted. I had several quotes done by many companies but I ended up picking them and their price was reasonable. Tony was very nice and personable and in the beginning he was always there and then after 5 weeks he was gone for an additional 5 weeks and he left the team with no supervision. So my first impressions started off good and went to bad. I had to do all the checks and I had my list and they corrected things when I asked but the experience in the end was disappointing because I had to get them to re-do several things. Their detail was sloppy and I sent him an email to finish payment and he never collected his last payment. He never even asked me after the multiple opportunities I gave them to contact me for their payment.

We had the reverse osmosis filter break. We contacted insurance and placed bids. They were contracted. They started work 2 weeks later. They were always timely and friendly. They have worked with our schedules and have been accommodating.

Beth showed up on time. She was very polite, friendly and professional. She came into the house and started talking with me about what I would like to have done and discussed some ideas. Beth emailed me a quote in a timely manner explaining the services to be done.

Again, I cannot rate them since I had only an estimate. <br />

The job was done quite well and the prices were reasonable.  Project went over the budgeted time, but tolerable in my opinion seeing that it was a big project.  That said, I ran into a couple of warranty issues after the job was complete.  One was handled so-so but I'm not complaining about that one.  The other issue was simply not handled at all and this is why I am writing this review.  <br /> Approx. 8 months ago when one of the windows facing the backyard (part of the job) was hit by a ball (kids playing).  The window broke and I was surprised to see the outside pane (inside one didn't break) broke into large dagger like pieces.  This was supposed to be safety glass!  What about the rest of the windows?  This was not right.  To be clear, I was categorically told by the contractor that code required I install safety glass in the backyard windows because kids play in the backyard and accidents can happen.  This was going to cost a bit more, but obviously a no-brainer (and was told code required it anyhow so no choice either).   <br /> I called the contractor and after some phone tag he sent his window subcontractor over, and he took measurements and promised to be back within 2 weeks to fix.  The windows guy never came back and when I called the contractor (more phone tag) he promised the windows guy would contact me.  He didn't, and ever since the contractor himself stopped returning my calls.  I tried many times over several months, but nothing.  I must emphasize, the contractor seems to be a reasonable guy, I know that from dealing with him directly for several months during the project, but I believe his windows guy is not reliable (delays and mistakes throughout the project).  I'm disappointed in the contractor's handling of this because after all I am his customer and he's my point of contact not the subcontractor.  I am simply asking for these windows to be brought to spec and fitted with safety glass as I was originally told they would be.

Overall it went fantastic!  They were always there on time as communicated and I mean everyone.  You would expect the sales person would be courteous and prompt, but this went down to every level.  The workers were great - and very courteous... all questions or concerns were addressed promptly.  My sales person Beth, was amazing she was always available either by phone or email. <br /> <br /> What's even more amazing... after it was all said and done AND I had paid, there was something small that got missed, when I mentioned it to them, they were Johnny on the spot and took care of it right away without hesitation, there are not too many companies that will do that once they've been paid.  I honestly, cannot say enough good about this company - it's hard to find companies who are honest, reasonable AND very good at what they do, I HIGHLY recommend them!

As a whole all went very well. He listened to our concerns and open to our ideas. Tony Brice and his crew did a great job. My husband and I absolutely love what that they did. Our master bath is now more like our very own spa/serenity. The master bed room is much more relaxing and brighter. <br />As with all remodels it had its blips/ issues. Most were not any fault of B Ann Builders or Tonys crew. They were prompt. Stayed on time and budget even though there were surprises durning demo and remodel. Tony took it all in stride with no up charging or additional cost to us. Can not say that about past contractors we have used in the past. <br />Bottom line. We HIGHLY recommend Tony Brice and B Ann Builders. If you are looking for some one whom is a honest, hardworking and able to communicate all processes. The job was completed according to contract, schedule and cost and we love the results -- The master bath is more beautiful than we could have imagined!  Tony, Beth and crew were professional, cordial, answered all of our calls & questions and were a pleasure to work with!  I would definitely call them again for another project and have already recommended them to our friends!  <br /> Thank you B Ann Builders!! <br /> Pam & Chuck B. <br />

Wonderful.  This was a very tough job as the main object was to install used cabinets and arranging the cabinets took some creative work..  This included bring power through the floor to a new island.  Much repair needed to be done to the cabinets and in the absence of a cabinet to cover the stove vent we needed to install a stove hood with a chimney.  The old Mexican tile floor in the kitchen had broken tiles and tiles needed to be replaced where the floor was cut for the power line.  On top of all this there was a deadline of approximately a month. <br /> <br /> This owner was on site during most of the work and was constantly checking with us regarding our wishes.  When he was told of our wishes he remembered them even weeks away and executed them as we wished.    He built cabinetry when there were missing pieces and matched the stain on the original cabinets extremely well.  At all times he and his workers were courteous and diligent.  Their efforts to minimize construction dust and dirt were great.  They vacuumed and cleaned the area at the end of each day. <br /> <br /> When there were challenges in decisions or in the work needed he gave wonderful suggestions.   Small touches like replacing all electrical outlets to match the paint more closely were fabulous.    Moving an outlet inside the cabinets and an under-cabinet electrical bar for the appliance center were very successful.  These are a few of the examples which took a humble cabinet installation into a remodel beyond my wildest dreams. <br /> <br /> He went far beyond our expectations in making custom crown molding to blend with the cabinet style.  I thought this would be more money, but it was included in the price quoted.  Floor tiles needed to be repaired and replaced (old Mexican octagon and dot pattern no longer made).  The replacement was so successful that a number of guests have commented on the excellent tile work. <br /> <br /> The original quote was given with extremely detailed diagrams and descriptions.  We thought of it as a little high, however we now realize it is a bargain with the extraordinary care taken by the contractor.  The cost of the job was under the quoted cost.  Change orders were very reasonable. <br /> <br /> Our home is old and needs lots of work which we will be doing over time as money allows.  We will be continuing to use this contractor. <br /> <br />

We have lived all across the country and built several custom homes in addition to remodeling and upgrading our homes over the years.  We can say without hesitation that B Ann Builders far exceeded our expectations.  Tony and his crew were responsive, professional, and the quality of of their work was outstanding.  Prior to signing our contract we interviewed a total off six valley contractors.  B Ann's estimate was not the lowest but Tony was the only one who really listened to us.  Throughout the project he continued to listen and if we had a question or needed to make a change he responded immediately.  His entire crew brought a weath of experience and skill to the job site and his tile installer, Lalo is a true artist.   During the remodel one of us became unexpectedly and critically ill and we spent long days at the hospital.  The work continued on schedule at the house and it was a great comfort to us to know that Tony was here taking care of everything.  All is well now and we plan to enjoy our beautiful new master suite for many years to come.  

I am completely satisfied with the work done in the Master Bath, but the grout repair work, which was really a minor part of the whole job, was not done as well as I had expected. I would definitely use them again on a significant repair/replacement/remoled job and hire a handy-man for the minor stuff.
