Called Rick because I noticed a lot of wasp activity around my soffit and wanted them taken care of. He came out once and treated the area but told me it was difficult to get to and that he may have to come back. Waited a couple days and still saw some activity so I called him and he came back the next day. They haven't been seen since.

I had problems setting up appointments.  I would set a date and time and no one would show up.  I called multiple times in the past 2 months and left voicemails and sent messages but never got a response even when I called because I heard activity in the attic or had a mouse in my house.  I feel that the 6 month warranty was not held and the problem persisted because the mice are still getting in.  I have had to take care of the problem on my own instead, sealing up the entry ways and trapping and disposing of the mice. <br />

I retained him to mouse proof the house, set traps with bait, he agreed that he would contact me in 10 days to see how things were going, We scheduled a follow up, but he missed this appointment and has not returned my calls nor emails.

Our house needed 2 pesticide applications which were covered under the original price.   The price included a 6 month guarantee.  Banner was very professional, and very responsive.  We waited the allotted time after the fist pesticide application, still found ants, reported such, and Banner was immediately out again to take care of the problem.  The second application has taken care of the problem.   We highly recommend Banner... <br />

Banner came out and offered an amazing service plan which was completely tailored to our needs and was much more inexpensive than their local and national competitors. The maintenance plan covers any in home pests for no additional charge. The exceptions were; termites, bedbugs and wildlife. However they do offer discounts while on the plan. Nice guy, answered all of our questions and we felt comfortable buying the same day.
