While the job was done efficiently it wasn't done right. The clean looked good on the surface but there were several areas that were missed upon further inspection including the bathroom floor, stove, dish washer, and night stands (see pictures for some examples). In addition, they surprised me with a 25 dollar chemical fee that was never discussed. I am extremely disappointed and will not use nor recommend their services again.

Cory was great from the start. He listened well to my needs and other things were obvious. He even recognized an issue I had on my bathroom ceiling to be mold and treated it. I had no idea that's what it was but I was glad that he did! The two girls Maria and Sky, were so sweet. Maria did a great job cleaning my kitchen, that is, cleaning off the old retro metal cabinets, washing down the walls, the dishes, as well as mopping the floor. She's just learning English but I think she knew what "Bling! Bling" meant as I motioned with my hands how sparkly clean everything looked when she was done. Sky went hard at work to clean our dining room and vacuumed the floor. She cleaned underneath of my 96 year old mother's chair and left the entire carpet almost spotless. I haven't seen that carpet that clean in quite some time. I would definitely hire them again!

I wish I could give them less than one star. My experience was extremely disappointing. They charged for a 'deep clean,' but it wasn't even close to a standard cleaning. They literally did nothing except mop the floors. I would upload photos to show the poor quality, but there is no option to do so here. A complete waste of money."

My experience with this cleaning service was very disappointing. When scheduling, I was promised a specific time, so I stayed home from work. Later they changed it to a time window, forcing me to reschedule. I also requested two women cleaners for attention to detail, but a man and woman arrived instead. The cleaning itself was extremely superficial. In the kitchen, the sink still had debris and about 10 dirty dishes. The cleaner simply picked up items, wiped underneath, and placed them back without clearing surfaces. He even put dirty dishes from the sink into the dishwasher with clean dishes already inside, forcing me to wash everything again. Throughout the house, surfaces were wiped under items but nothing was arranged. Clean sheets were put out, but the bed was made with durty ones, until I caught it. Couch pillows were left disorganized. He said tidying wasn?t included. To top it off, they left all the trash on my front porch when they finished. Very unprofessional service.

Very nice, and professional. My main issue that needed handling was my clothes being folded. That was completed, but I also asked for the second bedroom to be more organized. Well, the clothes were folded but the room still doesn?t look as how I imagined it would, not does my living room. No vacuuming, no wiping down the table in the dining room. Priceline was around 265.00 and I?m wondering what I truly got. Never again

Twonna and Sumorah were great. Pleasant people and did great work. We hired them to clean our apartment when we moved out and there is no way the landlord finds a single thing not up to par.
