It was great. I called a couple of places and had to leave messages without return calls but Kevin at BBQ Solutions picked up right away and we set an appointment. Jay came out as promised and did a fantastic job repairing and cleaning my barbecue, even doing a couple of extra things to make it work better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
