This company is the worse "made in the USA"company I have ever felt with. They under bid the estimate by nearly $8,000, cost my insurance company over $5,000 in lodging expenses, missed cooking Thanksgiving dinner and soon to be Christmas dinner, and the work started in Oct. What turned out to be a 2 month job is now a place my wife literally cries nightly about while trying to do dishes in the bathtub. We have exhausted all allotted insurance money (which is a large coverage) and now stuck with trying to find a contractor I can trust. Made sure the crew had food/drinks, gave co-owner $150 gift card for their Christmas, and this is the thanks I get in return. I can go on and on, but a large amount of this company's business practices should be addressed in a legal forum versus a public post as this one is. DO NOT HIRE!!!!!! ANGIE'S LIST, GET THESE GUYS OFF YOUR SITE!!!!!!! <br />

Everything went excellent. Chris, Matthew and crew were tireless, courteous and most professional. A joy to work with and be around. This is a very rural area of Texas with long distances from their base to our house, they traveled many miles early in the morning and worked many days in 100 degree heat. As with any construction project there were surprises and delays for things, a normal occurrence whenever you are dealing with sealed areas and you open them up there will be things you do not want to see. <br /> Chris and Matthew really showed their character when dealing with our railings, a combination of metal and wood construction. It took a few extra days and I'm sure many extra hours in their workshop putting them together to where they were sturdy enough to hold up to the long distances they had to traverse. I mention this because they were adamant that my wife and I would be pleased with the final product and we are very pleased. I would recommend this firm for anything, if they say they can do it they will and to your satisfaction.

They were good. They had good manners. They are very knowledgeable about the equipment they are using or repairing.

 Chris and Matt have a great company. They were always professional. Always kept us informed and listened to our concerns. Fixed everything we did not like asap with no questions asked. Kept up with and pushed their crew to do the best job possible; which, turned out to be very good work! They even came back out after the job was completed when we ran into a few snags (it is a 1-2 hour drive). <br />

Chris and his crew are very professional and efficient. We live in a very rural area without any close hardware stores. As with anything in rural Texas there will be glitches without a quick way to retrieve parts etc. This happened, but it is not unexpected. Chris, Michael and his crew were exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient and performed all work in a timely manner. My wife and I intend to keep them busy with other projects as needed. Cost was very reasonable and well under other quotes. The cost also included the price of the replacement windows. I provided the hot water heater. They also cleaned up the connections for the hot water heater and moved us into the 21st century in that regard. <br /> <br />

Renovation began 5/13/2013. Estimated to be a 4 week job. Work ended 10/25/2013. There were many delays due to their family illness and material orders taking twice as long as expected. The tile work was sub-standard and had to be redone. The tile redo was not much better than the original, uneven grout lines, irregular cuts and wavy walls. I would not use them to do tile work again. I would not use them at all because the distance (Brownwood to Abilene) seemed to be an inhibitor to their punctuality.

It went great. Chris is an awesome project manager. He made sure to keep me updated throughout the project. The work was quality and I would definitely use them again. <br />

The job went very well.  Chris and his crew were polite and very efficient.  They provided materials before hand so I would have time to paint before they were installed.  All I had to do is touch up the shelves and crown moulding which was a life-saver for me. Chris was very helpful offering ideas and suggestions during every step of the project.  They do excellent work and in a timely manner.  I was impressed. <br />

They started late, finished late, and had to come back twice to complete the work. I was not happy with this company. <br />

They had to postpone the start date by a week due to a serious illness in the family, but they called on Friday before they were to start on Monday leaving plenty of time for me to adjust my schedule.  They arrived promptly on the following Monday, explained to me how they would proceed and immediately got to work.  Through the week, they brought in a plumber and a sheetrock man, a total of four men on the job.  They didn't mind my constant looking in to see what they were doing.  Did small things that I asked.  All week, even in the late hours of a couple of the work days, everyone remained in good humor and had smiles on their faces.  At the end, when they cleaned up an awful lot of trash, it was like saying goodbye to good friends.  Excellent and very professional job.  And a good bargain for the reasonable cost.  All I have to do is paint and set a little bit of tile. <br />

The experience was good and they were easy to deal with. They seemed pretty good, but nothing amazing.

Our estimated finish date got postponed because of unexpected plumbing issues. But that was really the only problem. I am a stay at home mom and was 100% comfortable having workers in my house. I highly recommend them and their team <br />

Barninger Brothers Construction does quality work in what ever they do. Their ability to tie my old 60+ year old house in with the new addition and their suggestions of how I can make it even better, are priceless. Barninger Brothers are very professional and called often to keep me up to date on the progress, what was coming next and if I was pleased. I would hire these guys again in a second AND recommend them to others. <br />

It was very good. I just have to get some money together so they can paint it but it's awesome. It has a toddler swing and the 3 year old loves it. Its a huge clubhouse. It's 8 foot by 8 foot. It's completely roofed and has a little workshop in it. They were very professional. They offered ideas the were better than the original outline. They went above and beyond. We looked at the ones at Walmart and they were horrible for $600 and not as steardy.

They arrived the day they told me they would. The whole thing was done much quicker than I expected. When a potential hang up occurred, they called me and discussed possible alternatives. Not only did they show me how everything worked, but they made a follow up call afterwards to assure my satisfaction. Good ole boy service with business professionalism. Great overall experience.

They did very well. It took some time, but they brought and concerns that they had to me and gave me some ideas for they house that helped out a lot. I have had to have them back a couple times to replace my plumming all the way to the citys plumming and i haven't had a problems in the past 7 months.

The first job was repair of dry walls where we had removed paneling and replacement of popcorn ceilings. After completion of this work we continued to use these folks for four months. We appreciated their advice and cost saving tips during the project.
