The less is say the better would be for this company. The only thing i would say is 'buyers beware'. They couldn't even mail me the warranty card that i was promised. Maybe $7k was too small of a job but it was big disappointing and stressful process.

At the end i cant even say if french drain is doing what it is supposed to do since in spite of it raining for a week (early this month), not even a single drop of water came out of the discharge pipe (but i am sure the company is going to respond by saying it needs significant amount of water for it to work and i hope they are correct).

Response from Basement Waterproofing Etc
"I don't like negativity, But with all do respect to Mr. [Member Name Removed], this job could have gone a lot smoother if he wouldn't have gone out of his way to make this job more difficult than it needed to be. He had my workers washing clean stone in buckets because it had DUST on it (Which made no difference what so ever), He stood over the shoulders of the workers the entire time nit picking things that were trivial, he called me an estimated 15 times in one day, and the list goes on. Mr [Member Name Removed] was upset that on day 2 we had a truck break down and we were unable to get there that day, as we had other vehicles tied up on other jobs. After that he seemed agitated and insisted on us working only on days that he approved, which made a would be 1 week job, push to over 2 weeks. He was also trying to blame us for other things wrong in his basement that we had nothing to do with. As for the drains working... obviously they are working. The discharge isn't flowing because there is proper relief and the sump is not being rushed with water. That's always the goal. who wants there pumps running all the time?? As for the Warranty, if for any reason Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not receive it, a simple phone call could solve that. I will make sure a replacement copy goes out today. In closing I will just say that Mr [Member Name Removed] said "Buyers Beware"... I wish there was a site to rate customers so i could write "Contractors Beware", because he made my workers lives hell while trying to do their jobs. I believe that he took complete advantage of us because he knew that we were bending over backwards to make him happy. All of my other reviews speak for themselves, But some people, just cant be made happy..."

They did a wonderful job. I unfortunately don't remember the team of guys that they sent in. With the exception of two of them, they were from another country and so, they didn't speak a lot of English. One was kind of a translator of the guys who were working. They worked from 7 in the morning to 7 at the night, four different guys. They did a great job. We have not had any problems with the basement ever since. They did a wonderful job! I have told other people about them since. I would use them in future.

Went great. Person came out. I walked them through locations of foundation cracks and 3 window wells that would fill with water and seep in through window seals as there was no drain in wells. Price was fair and the team that came out and did the work did so in a professional manner. Chipping out concrete is never clean but they were careful to cover up items in the basement and ensured that they cleaned up both the interior and exterior sites that they worked on. They put rubber membrane and re-tarred several water intrusion locations as a part of the service - from the outside of the building. The basement is dry and I haven't seen any evidence of moisture since they completed the work. This is a necessity if anyone is thinking of finishing an area like this in their house.
Overall went fine. Distance (vendor in PA, house in northern NJ) made things a little more difficult in terms of dealing with local permit and inspections. But owner was responsive.
One of the co-owners, George, arrived on time. He gave his expert opinion that the problems we're having are cosmetic, and that his services would not be needed. Big plus for honesty! He recommended solutions, which we intend to use.
