For 20 years, we have served Chicagoland homeowners with professional residential remodeling backed by strong communication, detailed planning, and quality construction. Our experience began with kitchens and bathrooms and has expanded to basements, additions, whole-home remodeling, structural improvements, and larger residential projects. JANKO Design Build represents the evolution of the company and the same standards, experience, and reputation built under Bath & Kitchen Experts, including multiple Angie’s List service awards from 2012–2025. Kitchen Remodel
Gabby helped us with the design side of our kitchen remodel in Glencoe, and Paul stopped by during the project to oversee the work and make sure everything was going the right way. The project included opening walls between the kitchen, dining room, and living room, brickwork from old window openings, new window locations, a large island, HVAC work, electrical, plumbing, gas, drywall, paint, and design renderings before construction started. It was a big remodel, but the planning helped a lot. The kitchen and main floor now feel open, connected, and much more comfortable for everyday use.

Bath and Kitchen Experts converted unused attic space in our Lake Forest home into a master bedroom, bathroom suite, and closet area with a staircase connection. This was a complicated project with structural work, insulation, HVAC adjustments, framing, and architectural drawings. The process had a lot of moving parts, but they handled it in a steady and professional way. The new space feels like it belongs with the rest of the house, not like something added later.

Basement Remodeling
John managed the crew and materials for our basement remodel in Naperville and he did a really good job keeping everything organized. The project included a billiard area home theater space, TV wall full bathroom open entertainment area and storage. It started as a completely open basement and they helped us turn it into a space that actually flows well. Paul stopped by a few times during the project to check the work and make sure everything was being done the right way. The basement is now one of the best parts of our home.

The experience with them was much better than expected. Our hallway bathroom in Hinsdale was outdated and needed a full remodel. They replaced the tile, vanity, fixtures, lighting, and made the whole room feel cleaner and more modern.
