Bath Planet of Atlanta

I am providing a review of my experience with Bath Planet of Atlanta. I originally met with the Salesman on June 2, 2022, the thing that hooked us was the 2~3 day demo and install, turning our garden tub into a large shower and turning our old shower into a closet. Todd (salesman) said "no problem we do this all day every day". I signed the contract and that was the END of the positive experience with Bath Planet of Atlanta. I was told I would get a welcome email by the next day to tell me what to expect during the installation, to this day I have NEVER received that welcome email. Needless to say this company has the WORST communication, I had to initiate ALL of the correspondence with this company to keep it on track and to get any information. Needless to say my 2~3 day install with an additional 7~10 day wait for the glass doors took over a month in a half. The shelving that was put up on our walls in the closet actually fell off of the wall. I had to miss several meetings, reschedule meetings and was left on hold for 30 minutes one day, causing me to miss yet another meeting. Bath Planet of Atlanta has ZERO regard for their customers time. I requested to speak with management NUMEROUS times, all of those requests went ignored (I have several emails to prove this). I have also been in contact with the Owner (Daniel Bradley) who had ZERO concern that I had such a horrible experience with his staff. He could care less about all of the time I spent following up and project managing his staff, he had no regard for the fact that I had to miss meetings. I asked for my deposit of $3,000 back for all of the issues and inconvenience we had endured and he refused. He kept saying that the manufacturers warranty did not cover refunds, this has nothing to do with the materials this has to do with bad business principals, company integrity and customer satisfaction. I am sure Mr. Bradley will respond to this review and say they fixed all of our issues; which they did AS THEY SHOULD HAVE. Again, this is not about if they fixed all of the issues or not (we never should have had to endure all of the issues we had to begin with), this is about integrity, customer satisfaction and good business practices. Buyer beware, check ALL REVIEWS and the Better Business Bureau complaints. I am not the only one who has had these issues with Bath Planet of Atlanta. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I am satisfied with the job completed by Bath Planet Atlanta from start to finish. Contractor was punctual, reasonably priced and offered options to complete renovations. Very fast, efficient, experienced and honest. Great work! I will hire Bath Planet Atlanta again in the future if needed.

Bath Planet Atlanta did our master bath and guest bathroom of our home. My husband and I are expecting a child in Sept and we wanted to redo our bathrooms before the baby is born. They went beyond what we expected. Even though he had 3-4 other projects along with ours, he made it seem like we were the only ones. They attention to details, very knowledgeable, and does not cut corners like some contractors do. They was present when picking tile, granite, and glass. I must admit he suggested a dark metallic floor tile which I resisted because I didn't think it would look good in the bathrooms. Boy was I wrong. I'm so glad we trusted his advise because the floors are my favorite part of the bathroom now. We would definitely use Bath Planet Atlanta again with the rates and quality work.

From start to finish the project progressed smoothly. Every craftsman that worked on the project was professional, courteous and prompt. Tasks were finished on time. The lead man on the project was an excellent communicator, possesses a positive attitude and great work ethic. He met all challenges although he was working on a home constructed 40 years ago. He did a beautiful job. We would not hesitate to call on Bath Planet Atlanta again.

I called Bath Planet Atlanta and the crew was the best from start to finish. In preparation for a new tenant, the apartment had to be redone within a month's time. Everything came out great. The crew was on point with patience and professionalism. They were on time and made sure the place was cleaned after each day. We, initially, needed a bathroom redone from the beams in preparation for a new tenant. It started out with the bathroom. The kitchen cabinets needed to be replaced, hallway and living room floors needed to be restrained and bedroom French doors need to be replaced. As a rental property owner, I have put Bath Planet's number on speed dial. He is thorough, reasonable and listens to the client's ideas and concerns. Would highly recommend Bath Planet Atlanta to anyone looking to upgrade their apartment!

Bath Planet Atlanta was fabulous and I couldn't snaked for anyone better. They was fast, on schedule and they has a really good crew. I recommend them to any other people and if there is something that I need in my house I called them.

The process began with an excellent designer who evaluated our master bathroom, made suggestions and took us out to select the materials to be used. The complete process from beginning of construction to completion was about 7 weeks. A project supervisor was assigned and was in constant communication with us. As with any major project, there were several minor issues, which they dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. They were very professional and competent from beginning to end. We are so delighted with them that we have recently contracted to have them remodel our guest bathroom. Bath Planet of Atlanta is outstanding and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Bath Planet was the lowest estimate by far of 5 bids we received. The work was performed on time (before expected), on budget (no hidden cost), and they actually provided more than expected. They provided design advice that was much appreciated and the crew kept the work area cleaned each day. They were responsive to any issues noted during and after the project. Overall, We were extremely pleased by the finished work and the experience with Bath Planet and would recommend them for this type of work request.

I had a very positive experience with Bath Planet of Atlanta. They was very responsive and upfront about pricing options, and they patiently answered all of my questions. The technician, was diligent and efficient in executing the job, which was done very skillfully to their high standards. I was left with what feels like a new, fresh, clean bathroom, which should be much easier to keep clean now. I highly recommend Bath Planet if you're considering re-glazing as a more cost-effective alternative to completely retailing and/or replacing your bathtub.

Everything went well throughout the entire process. It was very smooth and our project manager was very attentive and listened to everything we wanted. Bath Planet of Atlanta and crew are a pleasure to work with and I can't wait to bring them back to do more work next year. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to everyone I know. I've used them for 10 years and always been great work that's why I keep using them. The pricing was good, workers were courteous, clean up after themselves, creative and over coming the obstacles specially on the remodels. Highly recommend Bath Planet of Atlanta. I was very impressed with the way the whole project was done and in a timely manner. The daily clean-up by all the crews was so appreciated as I was living in the house throughout the project. We will definitely be using them again when we add on to our home. Would recommend them to anyone!

Bath Planet of Atlanta has done several projects for me over the years. The most recent was remodeling and up-dating an older house, adding an over sized two car garage, upstairs bonus room and connecting office with bath, etc. This was a "hurry-up" project because of a family emergency. Having experience with Bath Planet on past projects I was able to turn the entire project including many homeowner decisions over to him with complete confidence. I have never been disappointed with his work. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Atlanta and Would definitely use them again.

Everything was so precise and exact. There was nothing which was not a square. The job was done on time, it was of high quality, and follow up was excellent. We look forward to using this company again in the future.

We hired Bath Planet to upgrade our master shower. The glass and door had outlived itself. They was quick with their communication and their estimate came in very competitive. They were able to get the materials ordered and schedule the work in very short order. The two guys who showed up to do the work were professional and courteous. They did everything we had previously agreed to in a very manner. I would recommend Bath Planet for your renovation needs.

Excellent company and excellent service. Everyone that came to work was always pleasant, knew what they were doing and did not cut corners. Always easy to get a hold of and would listen to my thoughts on the project. Together we would make decisions and they always were positive and very knowledgeable. Usually having construction in your home can be stressful, not with Bath Planet of Atlanta. I so appreciate their amazing job well done.

Bath Planet always arrived on time. The estimate was reasonable and in our budget. There were no surprises and add on costs. The project was completed ahead of schedule. The end result beyond our expectations. We are super pleased with the results and will use Derrick and his team again. We will highly recommend Derrick for any tile project.

Just finished 2 make overs in a powder room and guest bath with Bath Planet of Atlanta. What a pleasant experience! As a designer, the work of the sub contractors is always a concern. Every sub, every person in this operation were fantastic! Clean, conscientious and professional. I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with our new shower. This company is very professional with excellent personal. The receptionist efficiently set up our design consultation and there crew came to the house. They was helpful in offering advice and recommendations on what was best for the remodel. Our installation team did a fabulous job. They were courteous prompt and conscientious. We highly recommend Bath Planet of Atlanta.

It went quickly and easily. Bath Planet crew were on top of everything making sure everything was done correctly and with professionalism. The crew worked on the demolition of the tub and construction of the shower and tiling were friendly and diligent in getting the job done and done well! I may never need to use it in a wheelchair, but I love my new shower everyday. I would highly recommend Bath Planet and all staff to anyone!!

I had a special requests for my basement remodeling and Bath Planet of Atlanta was only company which provided me acceptable offer. The project manager is brilliant. Everything I requested he added his thoughts and suggestions to make project much, much better. At the end result was perfect, the new basement looks amazing.
