Justin came out very quickly. He answered all of our questions. He was very professional and polite and knew his stuff!!! It was a no brainer after we talked to him. I had no idea that the Good House Keeping seal of approval is given to only one company per industry sector in the entire nation. It makes us feel good that of all the companies in the one day bath category, they were chosen to have that seal. They were super professional! Super polite! Very prompt and we love the product!

I really didn't think that someone could come in and tear out our old bathroom and put an entire new bathtub with all new plumbing fixtures. But they made it happen. Great quality and very nice people to work with.

They service tech was proffessional and prompt. <br /> He was neat and clean up all debreie. <br /> I was not happy with the finish on the bottom of tub since I wanted a smooth finish <br /> it was a slip guard apparence. I requested to have him redo this to give a smooth appearance <br /> on the bottom to match the sides. He was very happy to redo my tub to meat my satisfaction. <br /> In the future don't assume all the details, discuss with the service person doing the job. <br /> <br /> <br />

HIGH QUALITY job. The estimate was the highest one I received, but the materials were far superior to all others. These look great, SOLID INSTALLATION.  Took away existing gutter that was installed.  Professional from the estimate to the install.  Showed me that he had worker's comp insurance on his workers as well as being licensed and bonded.  Home owner's insurance does not cover hired workers on home improvement projects.  Very important.
