This contractor is NOT CURRENTLY LICENSCED! Tyler did do the initial demolition and removal of existing concrete. He then strung us along for the rest of the project. It was promised a finish date of June 15th, with our house going on the market the final goal. The project was many times put off, for one excuse or another. After attempting to cancel the contract a couple of weeks ago, he again promised that it would be done by a certain date, those days came and went. He took 80% down and has still yet to refund the money that we gave him for services not rendered. He was officially given notice on the last day he promised the work would be done. Communication was ok at first but we had to text him and ask for updates (only given excuses each time). Unfortunately we found out after that he is working with an expired license and has no bond either. I wouldn't recommend him at all.
