They were four hours late and then only one man came without cleaning supplies. He didn't even have a vacuum cleaner. Hours later he was joined buy another man who brought the cleaning supplies. They didn't finish until 10pm. I wasn't able to return however the landlord was not happy at all. She said "I hope you didn't pay someone to clean as they didn't do the job."

It turned out fine. I have been using them every other week since I got the deal. They usually send a team of 3-4 out to do the job. They are usually done within 2 hours once they start. The cleaners have been great. The owner always comes by to check and make sure everything is done properly.

I am very pleased with Danny's visit. Our last housecleaning service was becoming very difficult to deal with (not a member company of Angie's List). While they were very, very proud of their level of service, they were a little too gruff and inflexible in trying to accommodate scheduling concerns. And their service was no better than what Danny's team delivered. <br /> Danny brought his two-person team to our door, on-time, if not a little early. His brief walkthrough established the level of effort was in line with the promoted Three Hour deal, and they got right to work. <br /> While we cleared out to give them room to work, Danny kept in frequent contact regarding progress, after checking on another job elsewhere. When they had finished, Danny informed me of that, and he noticed a box of items in our outer hallway that we had collected for delivery to Goodwill. He asked if it was being given away and offered to take it with him. An extra time-saver on our part. Thanks, Danny. All said and done, Danny's team had worked well over the promised time to ensure the first date was a success. <br /> When we returned to examine the work, we were very pleased with the thoroughness of attention that was evident throughout the condo. It looked clean, smelled clean, and felt like a true value. His team even cleaned our venetian blinds, without our asking - a task the previous cleaning service simply refused to do. <br /> Well done, Danny. We look forward to more visits. <br /> <br />

Could not have gone better. Danny was responsive to my email and arranged a time to meet me at the property to give me a quote to clean the house. Many other service providers would not quote me a flat price based on a visual estimate and told me they charged by the hour. On the day of the scheduled cleaning Minerva and a helper arrived on time and immediately went to work. They cleaned every surface including inside the light fixtures. They also removed, washed and re-installed all the screens. The price was very competitive for the amount of work required. <br />

The service was done on-time and at the quoted price. The job was thorough and Danny was very responsive to requests. The price was more than what other companies quoted, but I had the feeling this company would do the most thorough job. I was correct in this assumption.

At first glance I thought it went very well. They are nice people initially and they cared about the job and that is what I really like about them. They then became a bit aggressive, taking photos of my home that I did not authorize. Once I had the chance to go around the house I noticed they did a very poor job. I had to call another company to come in and clean up after their mess. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very bad service.

"[member name removed], You called because you said you had an emergency and recently got out of the hospital and needed some blood cleaned off your floors I sent someone there about an hour later to take a look at your place and give an estimate. My employee called and said you had a foot amputated and your toes also amputated on the other foot and there was blood all over the place my girls did not want to go clean your house because of a bio-hazard I had to buy special thick long sleeve gloves and masks and booties to protect our self. Yes my crew took only a couple pics of your floor so I could see the condition and decide weather to take on this project or not. They also took a couple more when they finished. Before and after pics no big deal we have lots on our web site You called me that night and said they did an outstanding job even did the kitchen and you gave us all A+ rating, you again called the following day to thank us a second time. 3 day's later you called screaming at me saying we called C.P.S on you??? Why would I clean your house spotless and do that? So thank you for trying to discredit my business after talking with Angie"s list to get this resolved they too told me you were irate and screaming at them on the phone. We were never aggressive just tried contacting you because I though you just made a mistake on your review because on the phone you said we did such a god job. Anyway' I feel bad you are in a wheel chair and had amputations I will pray that God will give you peace."

They sent a crew of 3 and the crew worked diligently from 8-5. Not only did they bring their own supplies, they cleaned every nook and cranny, including often neglected areas. They did such a good job that we will be scheduling deep cleaning services from here on out - it's amazing how much grime can accumulate over time. <br />

Danny and Dora were the BEST. They came in to clean our newly-purchased condo and WOW! They take pride in their work & really spent the time make it right, just like they would in their own home. We'll definitely use their services again. <br />
