I had countertops replaced in two kitchens; the plumbing was disconnected leaving me with no water. I needed two faucets and two garbage disposals installed during a long holiday weekend. Stan of Bay City cdrove 50 miles on a Saturday evening so I could have water. He anticipated and arrived well prepared for the task.He was courteous and respectful in this COVID-19 environment. The service was outstanding! I have placed Bay City Plumbing on my list of future service providers. Bay City Plumbing is a five stars company!

"went by Miss [Member Name Removed]'s house look at her job told her what I thought was wrong set up the appointment to come fix it she sent me a text and cancel the appointment said she was going to do it herself I don't understand how that is non-responsive I guess next time I need to just start charging people instead of trying to do something and save somebody a little bit of money Ms [Member Name Removed] also failed to mention that the first appointment I went by the house her daughter was there was going to show me the job but she was asleep and didn't come to the door failed attempt to get inside so I set it up for the next day and that is when I went back and told Ms [Member Name Removed] what was going on both of these trips no charge"

Stan is very professional and conscientious in his work. Stan replaced a tub with a shower base and surrounding wall outfit. I had purchased the faucet, drain and shower unit. Stan relaxed the valve connected new faucet and drain. He cleaned up the work site and even mopped the floor. I definitely recommend Bay City plumbing.

Stan at Bay city Plumbing was great. He has a friendly personality and he is quick to respond to calls. Stan installed a fiberglass tub/shower combo in our old home where the pre-existing wall framing was not quite square. Stan did a great job of making do with the existing walls and the final result looks professional. I would recommend Stan to a friend.

It went well. Stan really seems to know alot about plumbing. I think he did a good job and he came when he said - performed the work in two hours. The only other comment I have is: plumbing is pricey so get out your wallet.

Stan contacted me immediately via text after receiving the inquire about a walk in tub for my family member who had just come home from the hospital. We have the tub in order process, but my mother n law needed some sewer work done as well, so because of his wonderful attitude and great customer service she asked him to redo her plumbing that needed to be done for years. It toke a few days do to the weather, however Stan was great with keeping in contact about when or when he was not going to be able to come. Great Work and Great Customer Service. I would most definitely recommend him. Waiting on tub so we can get back to install.

Stan seems like a nice guy. The price was an A but the work was definitely not. Stan put in 2 tubs and surrounds. There was some caulking issues when he left as well as a shower head that was leaking that I fixed myself. Also the new shower head had been damaged I’m guessing by using pliers on the chrome. Tubs were left in my front entrance. Stan quote was some what under another quote I had but you get what you pay for is the lesson. He showed up on time and is very friendly.

"the thing I learned through this process is to write down everything that's going to be done a handshake and a verbal contract are things of the past to tear out two tubs and replacing everything is a very extensive project do you only have a shower head leak and some caulking issues are very minute and would have been taken care of if only I had received a phone call or message from customer which I did not"
