Bay Coast Plumbing did a thorough job. They arrived on time. They fixed the problem with the toilet, resealed it, then gave tips and advice for improving the plumbing throughout the kid's bathroom. They showed us how to save money, not spend it. I'd hire them again.

Were prompt, courteous, and completed the installation efficiently. I have pull down stairs to the attic which make getting the water heater in and out more difficult but they did it effectively.

Bay coast plumbing was great! Responded almost immediately to phone message in the morning and were at the house that afternoon. After confirming that the water heater needed replaced, all the options and what to expect with the repair and visuals of the new system were explained in detail. No high-pressure sales tactics, no trying to up-sell to tankless system, etc.. etc... Once the repair was complete, they even went on the roof to ensure that the flue vent and storm collar were sealed. Great experience and would definitely hire them again if needed.

As always, the work was done in a timely manner, and they went out of their way to be helpful. Did a cleanup job satisfactorily when finished. Came back out promptly when an outside fixture sprang a leak. Work was done just before Christmas last year. Sorry I'm late with a review.

The work was performed exactly as estimated, no issues whatsoever. I would definitely hire Bay Coast Plumbing again. Much cheaper than other companies I got estimates from.

They were nice guys.  They were hired by the contractor remodeling our bathroom.  I have a complaint against them - they knocked a couple of holes through the bathroom, into the living room.  We had to do the repair ourselves.  The plumbing was fine, but I didn't appreciate the holes in the wall.  I actually complained to the contractor and I don't know if he said anything about it.  I used my plumber for all the other plumbing work in my house.  Once the contractor was through with his little piece, then I got my own plumbing in.

Excellent on all counts. Found a broken plastic diverter valve. Ordered a brass replacement and will arrange for installation

The hot water heater went out twice and I called on the following Monday night with no response. Once I went up in my attic to relight the hot water heater ( 4th attempt) I noticed the old pan was left up there, an old hose was left up there. I wouldnt use them again

Great every time. In fact, I'm trying to get ahold of him for leaking ceiling pipes. It's Sunday (of course), and I have not been able to reach him yet. He has always responded quickly in the past. Sorry I have been remiss in giving a review in the past--good intentions gone awry.
