I was required by the city of Tacoma to do a Type 2 ADA driveway and a handicap ramp to my business. I had to get it done before I could open. The problem, although it was a huge job for me, it was too small for the big concrete companies. So the big guys knew how to do it but didn't want to and the rest didn't how. One of my last calls was to Steve at Bay Concrete. I asked him if they knew how to do the job, he said yes but they were very busy. I told him I was desperate. I could not open my business without this driveway and no one would or could do it in the next six months. He said he would come and look at it and then said he would do it in the next 10 days. He did it about a week later. It looked great and was passed with the inspector. Finally, I could open my business, a doggie day care. <br /> I did not ask the price, he had me over a barrel and could charge me anything he wanted to. But he didn't. He gave me a  price half of some of the bids that would not even do it for six months. Very Honest Man. I would never hesitate to use him. Tom <br />

After researching companies that do driveway work I selected <br /> Bay Concrete Construction based on the Angie?s List rating and a BBB rating of A+ <br /> Couldn?t be more pleased with the work they did. Steve is amazing and when you call him he answers the phone. <br /> No please leave a message with Steve. <br /> When the crew removed the old driveway they found the ground under it had a lot of water in it. <br /> The solution was to dig down an additional 4 inches and bring in crushed gravel and compact it before pouring the new <br /> driveway. <br /> Their concrete knowledge, senior crew, and attention to detail are exceptional in my opinion <br /> You cannot go wrong hiring Bay Concrete Construction to do you concrete work. <br /> <br />

He was very honest, he let me know that I really did not need to get the driveway fixed at this time. It was only affected aesthetically. I appreciated his honesty and letting me know I did not have to spend unnecessary money. I am going to recommend him to others.

Great people, honest. Steve is a man of his word.

They assisted in the design. Total footage was just less than 200 linear feet.

This work was done on our rental house in Steilacoom, Washington. We live out of state so it was important to feel confident with the company we hired. Steve Webster (Bay Concrete) couldn't have been a better provider to work with. <br /> <br />Communication was good, calls were always answered or returned in a timely manner. <br /> <br />He even recommended a tree service he had worked with for removing a tree that had damaged the old driveway. We used them, they did a great job as well. <br /> <br />It was a two day process. The first day they removed and disposed of the old drive, leveled the area (we were going from a single to a double driveway) and built the forms. The next day the crew returned and poured the new drive. The area was taped off the area to insure it was not driven on for several days. The crew returned the next week, removed the forms and cleaned up the area. The new double driveway is a beautiful addition to the property. <br /> <br />We have renters in the house and the crew was professional and very respectful of them. <br /> <br />We were very impressed and would highly recommend Bay Concrete to anyone! <br />

Received proper analysis and detailed estimate of work to be preformed. Work was preformed in appropriate professional manner within specified timeframe. On specified start date was notified by Bay Concrete that start date would be delayed by two days. That did not cause a problem for me but could for some. <br />

I called 5 companies on Angies list, 2 did not return my call, one was not even in the ball park as far as price went, and I chose the most courteous and responsive person to my needs that estimated the job. The job is still on-going and I don't believe you need to know the price we negotiated.

Had an 800sf driveway excavated and replaced. Steve was very easy to <br /> work with and provided us with the lowest of 3 quotes. He and his crew <br /> were always on time (typically early), and very flexible with what we <br /> wanted-- even at the last minute. It's been about a month, and the new <br /> driveway is still looking good. Highly recommended!

Overall it was great. I called once got an appointment. Steve Webster came out on time, was very professional.He gave me a bid the next day. It was lower than another local company. I had tried a third contractor, but gave upafter I could never get him to come out.When I gave Steve the "go ahead", the work was done shortly thereafter. The crew did good work; and were good about clean up. They were also considerate of my neighbor, who shares our driveway.I learned about Bay Concrete at our last home in Lacey. They had done all the concrete work for the builder of severalhundred homes. It was exposed aggregate; and everyone we knew thought it was good work.
