Bayshore Home Solutions is the professional Design/Build Remodeling Contractor that embraces elegant, classic design. We deliver excellence at every level through our proactive and transparent processes, industry knowledge, and experience. Every project is a team effort between us, our clients, our trade partners and vendors. We proudly serve Virginia Beach and our neighboring cities of Norfolk and Chesapeake, offering full comprehensive remodeling services. From initial planning and inspiration in the design phase, all the way through completion, we focus on craftsmanship and communication. We are a Class A Contractor Licensed and Insured. "We are so happy that love your Kitchen Remodel! It truly came out spectacular! We do feel the need to clarify further your concern on the project delay. When we first set out together we explained that this is a process and there were some inopportune circumstances in this progression, first with the shooting in Virginia Beach. The city was shut down during the initial investigation causing all construction to be inconvenienced for permitting and inspections hence the start date was deferred. After demolition, we found a leak in the outside shower, water damage at back door/ sub-flooring and termite damage in three floor joists. All of which we added to our scope of work extending the length of the remodel. The City of Virginia Beach requested an engineering report for the partial removal of a wall and added column to meet inspection requirements this also postponed our time line. All in all we endeavored through this adventure even though there were many unexpected conditions. Thank you so much for your feedback we are always looking at ways to develop our process.
