He initially put the roof on wrong. My living room is leaking and the bedroom.

Initiall call returned in one day  and service was completed as promised.  crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us  from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves. <br /> <br /> UPDATE-6/6/15: <br /> <br /> We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either.

Will definitely be using these guys again for some other projects I need done at this house.

He came back the next day and reset the posts on the porch. In less than a week the porch cracked. I called him and told him that the concrete cracked and he came and looked at it . He said it was his fault because he set the posts too soon and said he would do it over. The shower he put in leaks and has never been used. I called him months ago and still waiting eight months later. <br />

Extremely well done job, quick and very professional job. Will definitely use again (in fact we already have). <br /> <br />

It was a good experience.

Very prompt initial phone call return - has materials delivered on scheduled. Work crew very good - Hardworking from start to finish. Did not require payment until job was complete and satisfactory. Now the rain will tell the rest of the story. <br /> <br /> UPDATE-6/6/15:  <br /> <br /> Earlier this spring, the roof began to peel and blow off. It wasn't properly secured at the edges. I called Bazell to come fix it, and they came and fiddled with it, but didn't really do much of anything helpful. Consequently, the roof has started leaking in places. He indicated to us initially that the roof should last us a good 20 years or so, but we've called and called, and he hasn't returned to really fix it. I don't think it would realistically take much more than $30 or so to repair it adequately with screws and washers.

It was a week long project, it was a pretty major work and it was a reasonable price.  Tim Bazell struck me as a real honest person to deal with.  All of his people were very courteous and I won’t have hesitation to hire him back again.  He was very good to deal with.

EXPBAZELL ROOFING'S TRUCK WAS PARKED NEXT DOOR DOING SOME WORK FOR OUR NEIGHBOR.   I APPROACHED MR. TIM BAZELL AND EXPLAINED WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE DONE.  MR TIM BAZELL APPRAISED THE WORK REQUESTED AND QUOTED A PRICE.  THE PRICE WAS AGREEABLE AND THEN HE AND HIS TEAM STARTED TO WORK AT THE TIME PROMISED AND HAS ACTUALLY FINISHED A LITTLE BIT AHEAD OF TIME PROMISED FOR THE JOB. <br />

Everything from start to finish was awesome with this guy. I would highly recommend him. I have remodeled a lot of homes but seldomly do you run across a guy as genuine, hard working as TIm <br />

The Job started as scheduled with five workmen on the roof @ 8:00 AM.  They removed old roof vents and cut in for the requested Ridge Vent and the Roof started taking shape.  The Roofing turned out great, but the supplier had shorted them a couple of peaces of trim.  At this point, I requested some additional gutter edge trim that had not been included in the original estimate.  All trim materials had to be ordered and was install a few days later. <br /> The Contractor was very professional, honest and did an excellent job, including the cleanup.  I have to give Bazell Construction a 5-Star Rating, as they did a beautiful job that adds value to my home. <br /> I have also contracted Bazell Constr. to do a partial Siding Job and some other odds and ends Jobs.  They are the B E S T ! ! ! <br />

They began work just days after accepting their bid, while others wanted us to wait weeks for them to respond.  Their bid was almost half of their competitor's.  They began work early in the morning and worked as long as they had daylight and sunshine.  In two days they roofed half of our church sanctuary, which is a very steep and large area.  In one day they tore off and roofed a garage.  Two more days finished off the other side of the sanctuary.  The work took a week only because they paused for 3 days due to excessive rainfall.  The work-site was just as clean after their work as it was before they began!  This included setting up a two-story scaffold and using boards to climb the sharp incline of the roof.  Incredible job!!! <br />

Tim and his crew did an excellent job on my roof.   He was there to give an estimate at the time he was expected.   Two days later, he started the job, again on time.  The job was completed exactly in the time frame he said it would be with no extra charges, and they did an excellent job cleaning up.   I would recommend Bazell Construction highly.

Tim was great, he was able to help us out on a very short timeline. He was also able to go back and help us with additional work at the site to make the final product perfect. I would definitely use him again should I need services in his area. <br />

I called about getting a new roof one day and that day they came and gave me a quote and the day after that they were there.  Had my new roof on in one day.  Called again about a month later to get new screen doors hung and two days later they were hung.  This is a very professional company.

It went great. He was done in almost no time and he was very polite. Took him a total of 2 days to make ky house pretty again.
