"Brandon evaluated the work, and he informed the client of all the work needed, to which she agreed. This was a simple soffit repair in the listed areas that were rotting and discolored. We informed her that multiple reasons could have caused the rotting wood. We agreed our team would fix the wood and clean the gutters in the affected areas. She asked about the condition of her gutters, to which Brandon informed her that unless the gutters were damaged, leave them be. The work was completed by Brian. He cut the old rotted soffit sections and replaced them with new wood, and cleaned the gutters as agreed upon. After the work was completed, payment was received via Square. The client stated Brian was well-informed, and the work was satisfactory. Neither the estimate nor the invoice state anything about repairing or replacing any gutters. However, weeks later, if not a month, the client reached out to Brandon and expressed her concerns about her gutters. The corner gutter had a small hole, causing the water to leak on her porch. She provided a video via text, but this was irrelevant to the work previously completed. Despite that, Brandon reviewed the gutters and attempted to patch them, but when it rained, the gutters still leaked. He did all of that on his time and all for free. He did not charge her a dime for coming back to look at her issues irrelevant to the work completed. The soffit and gutter cleaning was and is the work completed. We have documents to back our claim and wish to have this resolved and ended."
