One Time Interior House Cleaning
We booked this company for a deep clean move-out service after we had fully moved out of the home. Unfortunately, the initial cleaning did not meet our expectations. Several areas still had visible dirt, debris, grime, and buildup after the service was completed, including appliances, shower framing/grout, sink areas, and flooring.
To their credit, the company did return to address some of the concerns after we reached out. However, the overall experience was still disappointing due to both the quality of the initial cleaning and the customer service afterward. Communication was unprofessional at times, including messages that appeared to be internal communications accidentally sent to us.
I appreciate that they attempted to correct some issues. However, for the price paid, we expected a much more thorough and professional experience. I will not be using this service again. Photos included from after initial service.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
The cleaners arrived at the last minute of the two Hour arrival window. Neither of them spoke any English so that made communication challenging, but we managed. They were in and out of my 2 bed/2 bath condo in an hour. One made a mistake while making the bed-- her cleaning rag fell between my comforter and the sheet. I caught it, luckily but had to rewash all of my bedding after they left. Otherwise there were no issues. They did a great job with the bathrooms. I will use the service again for a special occasion but it is too expensive for me to use regularly.

They did a good, quick job, bringing 4 people at the end of the day to finish on time. 2 stayed to ensure things were fine. They were in and out in 1.5 hours on a first cleaning. Would hire again.

My appointment was between noon and 2. They called me up and said we?re gonna be running late. We won?t be able to come till 4. I had scheduled things around for someone to be home at that time. They decide to come at 1:30 4 people show up Hispanic ladies they clean my house in one hour deep clean. I walk in there and I find that they didn?t even clean around the grout around my sinks in my bathroom so I had to clean those. I didn?t pay attention to all the other detail till after they left and my fans were very dirty and my sink faucets were very dirty. I had dust bunnies everywhere after dusting it was just left on the floor . So I went around and swept the entire living room, which was the hardwood floors was not a deep cleaning. It was more of a surface cleaning that they did. I was not too happy about it. Later after they came back after I ask them tooand I came home that day I did some more research and found out the tub was dusty on the outside. My opinion do not hire them.?

I was able to complete everything within the timeframe requested. They were very punctual, friendly, and thorough. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. I would definitely use them again.

They did a good job, but did not arrive at the agreed time (10:00 am). They only came at 3:00 pm, but did do a good job when they finally arrived.

We apologize for any inconvenience however, we did follow up after your service was completed making several attempts to contact you to see if everything went okay or if you had any issues to report since you had a 24-hour guarantee for the service. This was explained over the phone prior to booking. You then contacted us after 48 hours that the service was completed which was over our guarantee period. Although we still did our best to work with you to see if there was anything else we could do by considering the amount of time the team took (4 hours) to complete your service, we found the team did their best. The areas that were reported "missed" were areas that are unfortunately in a tear & wear conditions that cleaning products would not be able to remove. We highly suggest other services like paint touch ups or resurfacing since the dirt/grime is already penetrated within the texture. Claudia made it so easy to sign up for service, and she worked with our schedule so it would be convenient for us. I received reminders by both email and text, and the housekeepers arrived right on schedule. Our apartment is spotless. I am looking forward to being a regular customer

This was a great experience from start to finish. I worked with Claudia To set up my first cleaning. She was quick to respond and had great follow up. The two person team that came to my house was efficient and thorough. My wood floors absolutely shined when they were through. I’ve already set up my next cleaning.

Excellent and outstanding job from initial staff contacts to those performing service!! House was transformed and it would have taken me weeks and lots of stress to do myself. Mini blinds which were nasty looked brand new and kitchen floor was so clean it looked like you could eat off it. Will definitely use again!! Thanks

We were double charged for the service - they cashed out check and hit our credit card. It is being resolved but we will not use them again.
