"I'm sorry you were not satisfied. This information is not accurate. I never raised the price. You offered more so I would mow every week. It's true that this is not accurate the same as the next statement which is not accurate as well. I was never disrespectful to anyone. You said I didn't do something but I clearly did and yelled at me so I said I'm sorry you are not satisfied with your service, we can terminate your service here if that's what you want. You freaked out and now lying on my name and my business."
