My wife and I have never had our roof replaced before this year. After a recent storm we decided it was time. Bluebonnet Roofs performed a free inspection and (correctly!) told us that insurance would cover our roof and we would not be at risk of filing a claim that didnâ t meet our deductible. They were so great in guiding us through our first claim. Once we received the estimate, Zack and Richard caught that the adjuster forgot to inspect our fence for damage. They sent him pictures of hail marks on the fence and were able to get insurance to pay for our fence to be power washed and stained. We got a new stain color that I had been wanting forever! The work crew of Bluebonnet Roofs were polite, professional and clean. At the start of the work, the crew found a section of wood under the old shingles had rotted. They replaced that at no extra cost to us. When the job was done they thoroughly checked our entire property for nails and screws. Bluebonnet Roofs also made sure they were in complete compliance with the local ordinances, which I was concerned about because our HOA can be a bitâ ¦.difficult. All in all, Bluebonnet Roofs took excellent care of my home, put a beautiful new roof on and helped us through the entire process professionally and skillfully.
