Their customer service and the people I dealt with were very professional. Very knowledgeable about what I was requesting. Personally for me, I felt they were very individual to my needs. And they did a good job on the survey. I can't think of anything they didn't do that I requested. They even gave me a discount for doing two surveys.

Fair priced, punctual, and generally of very high quality. However - B&B Surveying aggressively refused to correct the elevation certificate which qualified an incorrect area for garage and crawlspace. Despite the usually high technical quality and diligence of their work, the surveyor adopted an extremely aggressive attitude towards myself, the builder, an insurance agent at the mention of a possible error in his work. I will not use their services again. <br />

They were the only company that I only had to call once. All others it was like pulling teeth to get back with me. <br /> I had never had a piece of land surveyed before, so they had to explain the process to me. They were thorough, patient and punctual. <br />

I spoke with Laura at B and B Surveying. I told her what I needed. She gave me an overview of how the project would go and said she would e-mail a job proposal with the cost and time frame for me to review. The e-mail of the proposal arrived later in the day and I hired them for the job. Everything went just as Laura described and was done within the time frame specified. My first contact with Band B was great. Laura was very helpful and cheerful. She took all my information and I received a quote quickly. I enjoyed talking to Laura, she was peppy and friendly, she seems to really enjoy her job. The surveyor, Karl, was just as great. He did an excellent job on the survey and the turnaround was very reasonable. We had some questions, which Karl answered thoroughly. Karl was easy to get in touch with and he also seemed to really enjoy his profession. I am very happy with the service I received and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will be using them again to perform our final survey once our new home is completed. <br />

Everything went smoothly. Made an appointment ;quick response. They came out surveyed our 5 lots and came next day with completed survey. Asked questions of them and they supplied info. They are very well versed in their discipline and free with information. <br />

Called Band B surveying asking for a home survey for a refinance. They promptly set up an appointment and arrived on time and wre very professional. I did have to wait for schedules A and B from the title company to be sent to Band B surveying. Laura was quite patient waiting for the schedules. I received the survey document shortly after Band B received the schedules. Laura was easy to work with and she kept me informed of the process. I would definitely recommend Band B Surveying.

Mike and Gerald were on time and efficient as well as pleasant were excellent in expanding all the the survey would show. Th survey in copies was delivered on time and on date.
