Flooring installation was great, and my new back splash is beautiful. Dalton & Henry did a very professional job. They were on time, polite, careful with my personal household items and played with the dog. Carpet was installed. installers were great. Yellowstone Granite was sub-contracted to install granite. It rained, over night that morning, granite was outside before it was delivered and installed. It is yellowish/gold color, instead of white. Either it was never sealed or sealed correctly. I've been promised over and over again, by my contractor, Travis that it would be stripped and resealed. Yellowstone never called. They also owe me two pieces of granite that was left from the large stone to go under my Grandfather clock and a mini fridge. I feel that A Touch of Grace did not deliver the beautiful kitchen I was promised. Also the dishwasher was not properly reattached to the counter top. Every time i open it, it falls open. These project were in late August, early September still not resolved.

Travis and his team were great. I never felt anxious or stressed out while they did my kitchen remodel. The professionalism and top notch work they put out are amazing. I would stop looking now because these are the guys you need to go with for all your remodel needs.

They did a great job installing new floor in our new house as well as carpet & countertops! Prices were great on both materials and installation.

I couldn't be more pleased! Travis managed the job from beginning to end and was very responsive each time I called or had a question. The installers did a difficult pattern on my floor and it’s absolutely beautiful.

It went really well. We installed new Vinyl flooring and Trim. It was very easy to set up, very affordable, and the install crew took care of everything from moving furniture and appliances to leveling the floors and trimming the right corners.

Our first experience we had carpet removed and hardwoods floors installed, about 1000 sq ft- beautiful! Next we had tile replaced, another near 1000 sq. ft. Travis was the Project Manager and oversaw the remodeling of our kitchen. Any remodel can be very trying, but Travis communicated with us along the way. We are very pleased with the results. Attached are before and after pictures of the kitchen remodel and the hardwood floors. The kitchen cabinets were very light in color, but we had them stripped and stained to match other wood in our house. LOVE the granite counter tops, Typhoon Bordeaux. Travertine tile replaced previous tile in the kitchen, breakfast area, 2 bathrooms, entry way and laundry room, as well as all transitional spaces. It looks amazing!

It was amazing! Travis and his crew were very kind and punctual! Helped to find me something that fit my budget even when I thought I couldn't afford it... he worked hard with me to get me exactly what I imagined! So thankful I was referred to him by a close friend who ended up having him remodel her whole house after seeing how great he did on her kitchen! You will NOT regret this decision! Let’s start off by saying I don’t brag about too many companies that I use but. Travis was incredible. It was less than a week before the forth of July and I had a big pretty planned I wanted new floors throughout my house. Everyone I called said they couldn’t get it done in time. But when I called BCI Travis was more than willing to help me out. With in a day the flooring arrived and a few days later the installers showed up and did a amazing job. They were very clean and professional. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I highly recommend this company.
