Ryan and his crew did an exceptional job! We did a full renovation on our house in Commerce City and ended up having to replace all our HVAC ducting and replacing our furnace with a high efficiency unit. Ryan came out gave us a very competitive quote that was professional and comprehensive. The crew that completed the project was efficient, polite and knowledgeable. We worked with over 7 different contractors during the project and BCIT mechanical stood out above the rest with the best value, service and workmanship.

Ryan was prompt to answer and returns calls. The tech he sent to our home was very respectful and appeared knowledgeable, answering every question I had. He cleaned our furnace well, replaced our filter, and advised us on how to maintain our furnace with regular maintenance practices. Very satisfied with their service.

I had a furnace installed in my home in Estes Park. I have had nothing but issues since. What I have found out is that while we have propane and the installation team was aware, they did not put in a propane to natural gas converter. Because of this there is soot and a problem with the heat exchange. The furnace was also not set for high altitude, this home is 8,000 feet elevation. I have had an issue with BCIT getting back to me and lately it appears they have ghosted me. I had someone contact me and schedule an appointment for Aug 6, was told would have to move the appointment to Aug 7, they didn't come. From that point on, I have not received any communication with BCT. I have phoned, emailed, texted, left requests on the website, but so far , nobody has contacted me to review the furnace.

Been waiting 3 months for a 3,000+ refund, (they quoted 2 weeks to get it, I’m still waiting 3 months later). Worst experience I’ve had. I put down a deposit for an hvac mini split system. They couldn’t stick to a schedule, rescheduled twice over 2 months. (Has another company complete the job from quote to finish in 1 week) so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund they so said no problem it’ll be about 2 weeks. here I am 3 months later no refund and no sense that I will be getting it anytime soon. Will be getting my attorney involved soon.

Job wrnt fine. I feel they did a good job but left a bit of a mess. Angie's list had vent cleaning quoted to be available at $120 and they charged $198 but I was quoted that before they did the job.

They got right to work, and while I had a challenging dryer vent run (long and some bends in it), they got the job done; and were able to clean the booster fan as well. The stuck to the quote they gave me and I think they definitely earned it. I would definitely hire them again. Rated B on punctuality only because of some scheduling issues, not all of it was necessarily all in their control. Very nice folks.

We contacted BCIT to have our Dryer vent cleaned. They promptly called us back, gave a quote and set up an appointment for 3/20/19. We needed our dryer vent cleaned because our new GE dryer was taking forever for a load to dry. GE came out and discovered that it was not the dryer but the vent. We even did a test by drying clothes with the dryer disconnected from the vent hose and it worked fine. BCIT came out to clean the vent. Within a few weeks we realized that the vent was not adequately cleaned. Same problem. (only 2 of us in the house and laundry done about every 10 days). We disconnected the vent hose and found clumps of lint. We have called them and left messages over the past several months and they NEVER CALL US BACK. They even left a piece of their equipment here (they know it's here) and never came back to get it. Now we will have to hire another company to do the job they did not finish!
