My sofa has been cleaned and pretreated with a spot remover. The pretreated spot removal did not remove the stains on either side of the sofa cushions. The appearance to other parts of the sofa have improved following the pretreatment and cleaning. In all fairness to B Cleaning Solution, this is a rather old sofa. I've owned it for 16 or 17 years, and I inherited it from a neighbor. I'm uncertain as to how long the previous owner of this particular sofa owned it. That being said, it's indeterminable whether or not the existing stains can be entirely removed. Above, in the overall rating section, I gave it a C which is considered Fair. Upon further inspection of the sofa, and taking into account the existing "age" and overall condition of it, I'd say that the pretreatment and cleaning work was Fair to Good.

The service was great! Bree sent her assistant and she did a phenomenal job cleaning up my kitchen. She left everything wiped down and shinny. The floors were cleaned ,over was cleaned and smelled great. Very professional and on time. I will definitely use them on a regular basis for the whole house and floors. Bree gave me a quote when she arrived and her prices are very fair. If your searching for great customer service, reliability and friendliness. Look no further your search stops here. It was an excellent job that was performed!! I would definitely hire again they were very professional and nice and my carpets look so good ? this is the place to hire if you need your carpets done. I had the carpet on the stairs was coming up and they used a tool they had a fixed for free very nice people.
