Bob, the owner, communicated with me promptly and effectively throughout the whole process of getting my hurricane screens quoted and installed. He worked within my requested time frame and supervised the installation process and necessary paperwork. His crew were considerate and worked carefully to ensure a professional job. It went very well.  Price was very reasonable compared to other estimates we had received from other companies.  Quality of the work was great.  Bob (the owner) patiently explained all the details to us--everything from installing the shutters in the event of a hurricane warning to explaining how the shutters were labeled for each window.  Bob was very accessible and either answered a phone call right away or responded promptly to a voicemail we had left.  He also responded via email.  Bob was very professional, friendly, and easy to deal with.  His workmen were both very professional.  Overall it was a very good experience and we would not hesitate to recommend the company to a friend or neighbor. <br />

B & C Shutters offered the ideal solution for our needs. Since we are seasonal residents we wanted to be able to enclose the covered portion of the lanai, leaving our patio furniture in the enclosure. Their product also was able to be installed without vertical support poles which was important to us.The screen works beautifully for us. <br />

The government was granting monies for hurricane protection to lower income homeowners; I qualified. I got three estimates from local installers and decided on B&C Shutters because Bob seemed honest, fair and willing to serve. Bob was compassionate and diligent to work with me to provide quality protective coverings on my multi-opening Old Florida home (including the cupola at the top of my 30 foot roof) and the apartment over my garage, striving to stay within the financial limitations of the grant. He provided peace of mind by answering every question and considering every suggestion that I had (mostly through late night emails), making sure the paperwork that needed to be submitted to the state was complete and in order (including county permits/approvals) and finished the job to this native Floridian's total satisfaction.

It was pretty good job.  We just press a button and they do up and down.  Our shutters were a special order.  The owner was friendly.  He did everything we wanted and came back to make sure everything was ok.

It was very good.  The price was right.  They did what they said they would do.

It was excellent.  I was very pleased.  I had to wait a week to get the straps since it was the busy season. The manager was very friendly and would call me back.  They kept me apprised on what was going on when they installed the shutters 2 or 3 years ago.  He was very personable.  I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I quoted some other people and they were like in the few thousand dollar ends. They meet or exceed Miami-Dade certification and the quality of his work is perfect. He said it would take him a couple of weeks to get the materials, he followed to what he said, he called back, he had those installed in one day exactly the way he said he would have him installed. He was very courteous. He explained everything with me to the point that after a while, he feels like a family member.
