The worker came and got right to work. I had appt so was not around. When I returned I was very pleased.

The team was thorough, professional and stayed with the job until everything was complete. They were very nice to work with.

The first cleaning lady they sent was great. She was pleasant and got to work right away. Unfortunately her young don got sick and was sent home from day care. We agreed that she would come back later that day to finish the job once she had him settled at home with her husband. The quality of the cleaning was good before this incident, and then not as thorough when she came back. I have her the benefit of the doubt because she had a sick kid. So I gave the company a 2nd chance and called them to clean a second time. A different girl arrived to clean. She was less personable than the first, but mostly in time, and got to work quickly. She spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning. When she left I noticed the floors were not fine well at all. I found dirt and dig hair bear my entry way and in the dining room. I'm not sure the bathroom floors were done at all, which is very disappointing. Part of the toilet did not look like it had been wiped down well either. I hired a company to do the heavier cleaning that I could not do while taking care of my newborn twins. I did not end up with a cleaner house than I could have done on my own. The floors and master bath should have been spotless, uts what I asked her to focus on when she arrived. After two tries I just don't think I'll use this company again. They are not bad, but I want a more thorough clean than just a wipe down of my home if I'm going to be paying someone else to do it.

They arrived when they said they would, even on a Sunday. They got right to work. My new house was already pretty clean, so the cleaning took much less time than scheduled. They offered to do another cleaning at a future date since I used much less time than scheduled.

I did a special B & D Cleaning Services offered on Angie's list about 2 years ago and have used them ever since. The customer service is fantastic! Very responsive when contacted. They are willing add in an extra clean when we have guest coming, and they were equally willing and flexible to rearrange the schedule when we've had home projects going on. We are on an every two week cleaning schedule and each time the cleaning is done exceptional well. It is always a treat to come home on cleaning day and enjoy our beautifully cleaned house. We also hired them to clean my dads apartment, and one day we got a call to let us know that there was some (later to find out a lot of) water on the floors and B & D stayed extra time and worked extra hard to clean up the mess an overflowed toilet had caused. In my book that is way above and beyond the job hired for and they did it with an amazing caring attitude! I highly recommend B & D cleaning.

Great, I understood there would not be enough time for whole house and the cleaner was s wiz. My living room stairs kitchen and hall were spotless!!

IN THE END IT TURNED OUT WONDERFULLY. But, in the beginning I was not there when the first lady came and cleaned the house. She did not do a very good job. Base boards were still dusty, oven did not even look like she tried to clean it and the same with the shower and tub. {{{So I called and reported the problem and 2 different ladies came out and did a great job!}}}

i purchased 10 hours of labor, 2 people at 5 hours each and had a lengthy conversation with the owner about the situation, expectation, etc. when we scheduled. The ladies showed up relatively on time (one was a little late), they were pleasant and polite. They inquired about which service I had purchased. They about lost it when I told them because they were specifically told only 3.5 hours max by the owner. They did not do a deep clean, pretty much wiped things off and only dusted the obvious. They packed up and left just after 3 hours. I had to go get the random cob webs, clean off the lint/dust in the tops of the shower stalls, scrub corners of floors, etc. There was not a lot of extra effort involved here what so ever.

Call B & D for you cleaning needs. Very professional and prompt. I was in a jam and needed my house cleaned the same day I called. They fortunately had a cancellation and within 20 minutes someone was at my door. I had saw dust everywhere from a renovation i just completed and 3 hours later my house was ready for move in the next day.

It went well. The young lady cleaning the home worked hard, stayed busy, and did a nice job. I like to pay by the hour so that at the end of the day, it's fair to everyone. She cleaned 5 hours and I paid her $40 per hour.

While I was pleased with the service I received, i will not be using B&D again due to the distance from Haltom city to Irving.  Had I known that they were that far away I would have selected another company.  I was pleased with the service and my house was very clean afterwords.  I do have to mention one item if you are OCD like my husband be sure to say something up front, because on dusted surfaces items were not put back where they were originally and my husband spent an hour going through the house rearranging everything back to the way it was.

It was good. They should have cleaned the bathroom and kitchen a little bit better.
