BDI Cleaning Service LLC

Very responsive, squeezed me in last minute at the end of their day on a Friday afternoon. The young lady that helped clean that day seemed a little under the weather to boot, but she toughed it out. Probably wasn't their best work given the circumstances, but we'd have them back. Thanks! :) <br />

My fiancee was offered her dream job in a new city out of the blue.  Because she had to report to work in two weeks everything about our move was very rushed.  We weren't sure if we were going to be able to find someone to take over our lease until almost the very last minute.  We contacted BDI cleaning to see if they could fit our job into their schedule.  They were able to schedule our cleaning around the movers on just a few days notice.  Their rates were very reasonable and the new tenants were very impressed with the job they did.  We communicated with them by phone, texts and emails, and Justin always responded quickly no matter the medium we used.  I highly recommend BDI Cleaning Service.  We had a wonderful experience with them. <br />

He did a good job under difficult circumstances, as we were moving out of our home the new home owners furniture was being moved in so he had to clean around it.

cleaned house post construction. bathrooms not cleaned.floors still had paint on them. did not have the proper cleaners for the job. had to hire someone else to do it right. <br />

He told me he was going to be there and then called and gave an accuse and that happen a couple of times. Then when he did finally come but it didn't look like he had done anything.  I complained and he said he did do the work.  I will say for the third time he came I said once I could tell anything had been done and he said since he couldn't make me happy he wouldn't take the last payment.

BDI was very professional and congenial. Once I explained what I needed, they took over. I was very happy with their service. <br />

This young man talked so long on this interview/visit that he really didn't leave much time to clean my floors, which was what I needed. Then he only did a mediocre job. Actually, he didn't follow my instructions so the floors weren't really "cleaned" at all. He just moved all the dust, grass and dog hair around with his broom (which I asked that he not use), then used my steamer which created dirty smudges on my tile. Perhaps this extremely nice young man should stick to cleaning vacant homes for builders. <br />

After a few unhappy experiences with other companies in the area. I took another chance and selected BDI Cleaning Service. Here is a few bullets of my experience. <br /> I called early morning and the account manager came out and provide me a quote based on my square footage.  <br /> They were very professional  <br /> On Time <br /> Licensed and insured but the Owner told us they had a zero tolerance policy on theft...that was reassuring since they were in every part of our home! <br /> Efficient...they never stopped working...for 4.5 hours! <br /> I finally feel like I had a service performed by a company who delivered on their word. <br /> Everything was done...I didn't have to follow them around checking or watching their every move. (Like with other companies) <br /> Thorough is the best word I can think of to describe this company...they did everything they said they would do...AND gave me a Customer Checklist which was signed by me and their employee to confirm I was happy with their service <br /> <p>If you want your property cleaned by professionals use "BDI CLEANING SERVICE!!!!"  The Owner followed up the next day to confirm I was happy...I had promised to provide a review but totally forgot.   The account manager, called me today to see if I needed any more cleaning done and reminded to complete survey.  I was not going to end my day without letting folks in Corpus know about this awesome company.  <br /> Last comment: They were not the cheapest (Been there, done that, Got burned, Never Again) but the money was absolutely worth it...I have already schedule them for my holiday cleaning.</p> <br />
