Everything went as expected with the inspection, testing and consultation. We have a home built in 1970 and were concerned about what asbestos exists and wanted to understand our options to mitigate.

They were honest when they came out to quote. When they came to do the job they were polite, even called when they realized they would be 15 minutes late. They explained the entire process and completed the work and left the place as they came. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Insulation was tested and came back negative for asbestos!

EXCELLENT !! -- EVERY aspect of my experience with BDS exceeded all possible expectations: quickly responded to my initial contact & provided a free inspection & written estimate with clear explanation of the work that would be done; technician Earl arrived promptly, performed the scheduled work (left the area clean); supervisor came to inspect & confirm that the work was completed to code (which was later verified by County Inspector who also commented on the thoroughness of their work & the report that was provided for him).

<p>I am very pleased with the BDS team.  Within a few days of our call they were able to get to the home and conduct the inspection and testing.  Report that we received was very complete and professional.  Once it was determined that asbestos existed they quickly provided a quote to fix the issue and were quick to get the job scheduled and completed.</p> <p>They did what they said they would do (inspect and remove) and completed it within the time frame that they said they would do it!  They were on time to the inspection and for the removal.</p> <p>I would recommend and use their services again.  Great job BDS team. </p>

They really went out of their way to fit us in on our schedule. They walked me through the process very thoroughly, answering all of my questions along the way. They were on time, courteous and professional. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Excellent service.  BDS had an estimator come out ahead of time and explained my options were to remove asbestos around a section of ductwork, or to remove the ductwork entirely (only a 4ft span) and gave an initial estimate between $300 and $600.  I chose complete removal and moved forward.  As they went to schedule the asbestos removal they were able to offer a rate of $300, as they had concurrent jobs in the same area.  The person removing the asbestos securely plastic wrapped out the area checked for asbestos, completed his removal and cleaned up the area.  He was very professional, kind, and thorough through the whole process and didn't mind me asking questions as he went.  After he completed the removal BDS had a supervisor come out and check the work to ensure it was done correctly and to ask if I had any questions or concern.  They were great the whole way through and I will definitely go to them again if I have any issues in the future. <br />

My disgusting old tile in the basement has been bugging me for years. It needed to go, but unfortunately I could not do this myself since the tile contained asbestos. I left a message to BDS via this website and I received a response via phone call right away. The same day I had the sales rep come out to my house to look things over and take measurements. The next day I received an estimate. I was very happy with the quick turnaround. The price in the estimate was very reasonable so I scheduled a time to get the work done. The crew arrived to my house on time and everyone was very friendly and professional. They sealed off the basement thoroughly and finished the job in about 4 to 5 hours. They left the basement clean and spotless. Not a a trace of floor tile was left over. After the job was done they took a sample of the air in the basement and sent it to a lab for testing. The results showed no elevated levels of asbestos in the air, so everything was done properly. I am extremely impressed with the service I received and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs asbestos removal. <br />

I had suspicions the the floor tile in my basement could possibly contain asbestos. I had the floor tile tested and it proved to contain asbestos. I called BDS Environmental and they quoted me a price of $577. I agreed to the price and the timeline was quick <br /> (about a week). I emptied the storage area of all belongings and made sure there was a clear path for the crew. The crew arrived on time as promised and completed the job in about 3 hours. <br />
