They were great. We just need a few more patches that why I needed there number again but the first time they did work for us was great. Very professional and easy to work with.

The roof on my house received wind damage from a very windy storm. 1st contractor didn't show to do the job when he said he would! Called Scott (Field Manager) w/Beach Ventures 5 hours after the "No show" and he was able to show up to the job site THAT DAY! He saw the roof was exposed to the elements so he went to Walmart to buy some tarps to cover it until his crew could do the job. It seemed to me , that he was more concerned about the roof being exposed and wanting to protect it, then he was about winning the bid! VERY IMPRESSED! He was here from 4:PM till 6:30PM. When he left, I had the roof protected along with a written estimate of the work. Compared to the other quotes I got, the quote was in the middle of the pack. Scott stayed in contact with me for the scheduling which was two days off. The very next day the owner of the company, Zane, showed up to evaluate the job to see what would be needed. His crew showed up the next day, earlier than expected and started on the job immediately. They even continued there work during a down poor of rain! A bit latter, Zane (the 0wner) showed up and got up on the roof with his crew until the job was completed! He even looked at the entire roof and replace a few other broken tile. It is very rare to come across a contractor and crew that are so dedicated to, not only their work, but to their customer. Scott and Zane both, exhibited a concern for the repair as if it was their own house! I couldn't be more pleased with their concern, efforts, craftsmanship, and diligence! I'll never use anyone else again!

It did not go well they put new roofing on old rotted plywood.they skipped a part of my home because they called it a shed that was unstable.they were suppose to cover my newly resurfaced pool instead allowed and left building materials in it which now this year i have to have my plumping looked at the owner is very unprofessional. I can not day it enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Beach Ventures were very professional and reasonably priced. The repair was done quickly and expertly. I am very pleased with all that was done and would recommend Beach Ventures to any and all who require roof repair. Genuinely pleasant to work with.

Great. Needed new roof (shingles). Zane was friendly, prompt, and efficient. Offered various options for the shingles. Roof was completed in a couple days (looks great) and site left spotless afterwards.

Tyler came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate to reinstall some of our shingles that had been ripped up. He was so pleasant and friendly. He got up on the roof and told us he had never seen shingles disrupted like this before. He got his gloves and hammer and in ten minutes had it looking like new. He also inspected the underlayment and said it looked good and asked us to watch for any leaks when it next rained. If it did leak to call him and he would come out and repair it for us (but it shouldn't). He did all this at no cost. Great professional and company. Thank You

The owner responded immediately and had someone out the same day. My repair wound up being less than the minimum fee, so he cut it in half for me. Much appreciated!

Zane took the time to discuss product choices. His crew were punctual and courteous. Zane then took the time once the project was complete to walk me through what was done. He provided 30+ pictures. I would definitely hire this company again.

Coy and Zane were great to deal with and their work was outstanding. They were prompt, professional and very well priced. Great job!

Beach Ventures was signed on 3 weeks prior to work commencing. We were told they were a week out. We were under a deadline d/t work needing to be done to close escrow. Closing had to be changed 4 times d/t delays risking our buyer losing his interest lock. The work they performed was good but the communication was very poor.

My 25 year old flat roof was leaking and no repair was helping. After Zane looked at my roof, he recommended replacing it. I also had 2 other companies give me estimates, but I liked the estimate from Beach Ventures best for several reasons: The price was low, he included a 10-year warranty, he has been in business in Arizona for 7 years, he promised not to go over his bid (which included all necessary plywood decking), and he was recommended to me by my Father. Rain prevented them from starting on my roof on the date they had planned, but Zane kept me apprised of the status and was able to finish the project within a timely manner. After the work was completed, I inspected the roof and was happy with their work and only then did he request final payment. While working on the project, they accidentally knocked the drainage pipe from the AC unit, but Beach Ventures paid an AC specialist to take care of it immediately. I was pleased with the work, friendliness, and problem solving.
