I purchased a new faucet to be installed. The work was done properly and in a timely manner. We had prepared the work area ahead of time, so nothing needed to be moved out of the way for plumber. He was polite. The price of the labor was $500, which seemed very high considering I had purchased and supplied the new faucet myself.

I would not recommend Beacon Home Services. They installed my tankless water heater, and a few years latter, when it began leaking, the experience went downhill fast. I was charged a $500 diagnostic fee on arrival, then told I'd have to pay full labor costs for warranty parts, even when the first repair attempt failed and the leak continued.
They replaced one part, the leak remained. Then they said another warranty part needed replacing and I'd have to pay more labor again. When I raised concerns, I was told a manager would contact me. No one did. After days of silence, I had to email them myself, and only then did I get a voicemail saying they issued a partial refund and had "called the wrong number."
I ended up hiring a different plumber, who fixed the issue completely and charged me less than Beacon's first attempt.
Poor communication, high fees, and no resolution from Beacon. I strongly recommend choosing another company for plumbing or water?heater service.

Beacon services are provided with care by Rebecca to establish your needs and assign technicians. We had multiple electrical problems within our home and since Beacon had done an excellent job with our plumbing needs we called them again. We got Christian and Kristina who were available the next day. They did a great job identifying our issues and providing us with multiple solutions and prices. After we decided they did the work and showed us exactly what they were doing and why. They resolved our electrical issues quickly and all within code. They demonstrated great teamwork together and with us. We Highly Recommend Beacon services for all your repair needs!

The ceiling light for my foyer and the extra switch are functioning as requested. This did require dry wall removal on a wall and the ceiling. There probably should have been some kind of drop-cloth put on my floor first. Some kind of shopvac was used to clean up what was cut out. Other than a little bit of cleanup I need to do to a mat inside, things went well.

Both Jerson our Plumber and Mary who helped arrange our work order were fantastic. Jerson provided solid advice as he looked at my issues, which I appreciated and in the end worked out for the best. Very competent and explained things well. Will use Beacon again after the results of their last two outcomes at our home.

My wife and I have been Beacon clients for quite some time, and have found their work to be exemplary. We recently arranged for a technician to come to our home today to do a toilet rebuild. Our technician Luis did an awesome job with the repair. He clearly explained our options and engaged us in the process from beginning to end. I would recommend Beacon and Luis without any hesitation. Mary at the office scheduled the project and kept me updated regarding Luis' arrival time. They both made the entire experience smooth and stressless.

The plumber, Chris Wilson, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a very good job of listening, explaining the process and executing the task. However, I found the price to be very expensive. Nevertheless, I needed the work done ASAP and they responded ASAP.

Technician came and for replacing stove cord and replacing just the outlet he charged $675. Unfortunately I didn't realize that this was overcharged. I learned after service that this should not cost more than $250-$300.Technician also didn't give me a receipt, I have been calling to speak with a manager and am told that manager will call me but they never did. What a rip off. This is last time I will hire them for sure. Be very careful if you hire them, definitely should get few quotes or look up how much it cost otherwise they will charge whatever.
