I'll start the review with some background about my situation- On February 2nd, 2014, my family and I suffered through a severe house fire cause by a plumber, who was sweating pipe in our shower at the time. The top two floors of the house and most of our personal belongings were completely destroyed. Because we live in a townhouse, the rebuild was a little more complicated than it would be for a single family home. My homeowner's association has insurance that covered the structure, but only as it was built in 1986, and my personal homeowner's insurance covered any upgrades made to the original blueprints. There were several upgrades made to the home when I purchased it, including a finished basement, hardwood floors, granite countertops and ceramic tile in the bathrooms. In addition to the two insurance companies, there was also the plumber's insurance company, my property management company and HOA board involved in the process. The extensive number of people involved in the reconstruction further complicated the situation. I was fortunate to work with Beacon Home Pro because a situation as complicated as mine is exactly Jon Liccardi's area of expertise. He has a background in dealing with not only fire rebuilds, but rebuilds in townhomes where multiple insurance companies, management companies, and HOA boards are involved. This expertise proved to be extremely helpful during the entire process. He has some great subcontractors that he works with, and I was particularly happy with his choices of electrician and plumber. Jon was always accessible via e-mail, text or phone call, regardless of day or time. I was paid up front by my insurance company, so I had a strict budget to work with, which he kept in mind the entire way. We were able to customize our home exactly the way we wanted, and it is now even better than before and up to 2014 building codes. We were delayed 4 months by my HOA's insurance company and, sensitive to our frustration, Jon finished the project in 5 months, 4 weeks earlier than his estimated date. Jon has since been back to the home to tie up little odds and ends, even though he has already been paid in full and has to drive over an hour to get to us. He's a great guy to work with and he ensures that his customers are 100% happy with their home. I would definitely recommend Beacon Home Pro for any project, large or small.

We are a do it yourself family. Always have been. This time around and a change of circumstance led me to seek out a professional team to perform some exterior work on my home. Jon and his team were one of five estimates gathered for the same work.Timing, efficiency and value were among the attributes that weighed on my decision. I got all of that and more from Beacon HomePro. The team of painters worked hard and were efficient in getting the job completed. They were pleasant and neat. We couldn't be happier! Our house has natural cedar siding so I was very particular about the powerwashing and stain to be used. Jon (the owner) listened and followed my wishes exactly. Other bidders wanted to do it mostly their way . All the Beacon people were skillful, neat, pleasant and cooperative. They skillfully did repairs to some cupped siding and added 7 sections of trim high along the roof line at minimal cost. They arrived on schedule and worked steadily- stopping for a rainy period but finished 2 coats in 3 days. A few minor items were done 3 days later as promised. Good People, Good Price, Good Job. I have always done my own home maintenance and was reluctant to hire someone to stain the exterior of my house. I am a perfectionist when it comes to work on my home because I have to look at it every day. Jon came in with the lowest price out of 3 estimates and added in extras that the other contractors didn�t bring up. His personality and prior reviews sold me on hiring him. Jon was extremely courteous, professional and timely in response to my questions and concerns from my first request for an estimate through the completion of the job. His crew of painters were very respectful of my home and family and did a fantastic job on my very old house. Slight repairs and carpentry were well done and I was apprised of all expenses along the way. There were no surprises. The paint job is fantastic and the clean-up was very thorough. I enjoyed working with this painting team as they showed up when they said they would. If anything changed with there schedule they notified me in advance. After they completed the prep work I reviewed there work, prior to payment, and asked for a few minor fixes which they quickly made. As with any contract I don't like to pay for work in advance. The final product looks great. I am pretty fussy and I would recommend this painting team.

Great customer service.- Jonathan went beyond what I asked from him in painting my carport, steps, railings, etc. I highly recommend John for either painting or power washing. In fact, my neighbor also used John and thanked me for recommending him.
