BEARS HEATING

Bears heating installed my furnace on my new build home and I can't say ANYTHING positive about the company. They have been out 3x to fix a non functioning furnace. Fixed with "superglue". Installed registers with missing parts and not fitting right in the floor and the owner argued over the phone that I'm wrong. When I had the builder company out to see the problem and they agreed that they were installed improperly and missing pieces...

Worst company i have ever had the displeasure of working with did a new home for me and continually wouldn't show up left material everywhere and repeatedly damaged the electricians wires. They are not upfront with anything extremely repulsive and degrading too my wife and other contractors. Demanded payment for months when they were paid in full months in advanced. This is the WORST company and can not stress the importance to potential customers NOT to use them.

Quick response - returned all my phone calls and answered all questions. Gave fair quote (lowest I had received). Team was professional during installation. Cleaned up after completing installation, took time to review the new units installed.

Bears Heating and A/C Tuned up my furnace and provided a resolution to a dripping water issue in my furnaces rubber hose which was making the furnace come of and on all the time I had to remove the the hose every other day to free the water out of it while the furnace was in use just to warm up my home.This was very annoying to have to do. But thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Bears Heating and A/C staff guy who's name is Bob that came to service my furnace I no longer have to deal with that issue anymore also his thorough inspection of my furnace allowed him to see and remove 2 balls from my duct.He was very friendly and kind and most importantly very knowledgeable when it came to my furnace.I felt extremely comfortable and at ease while he was servicing my furnace.And I will certainly continue to use there services in the future if needed, because i know i can count on them to get the job done right the first time.

Bears Heating came out to quote a new furnace. They were reasonably priced and helpful explaining my options. We contracted for the work, and they came out on time, did great quality work and were very careful of the surrounding walls and floors. I would definitely use them again. <br />

I was very pleased with the work. They had also done a water heater for me but that was about two years ago, that's why I called them again to get the furnace inspected. The service person was very competent. He told me they had been doing it for thirty something years. He was prompt, in fact he came early because he had a cancelation and asked if he could start earlier and I said yes.

They were prompt, courteous and did a good job as usual. I had dealt with Bear's Heating in the past and have full confidence in the company. Some years back at my former residence I had a complete system put in by Bear's and never had a problem. Last year at my current residence there was a problem with our furnace which had been installed by Capital Heating and when I called them for repair I got a song and dance with a hefty price tag. I called Bear's Heating and they came down right away and replaced the faulty part at a fraction of the cost of Capital Heating. Bear's Heating is reliable, dependable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

Bears Heating is trustworthy, dependable and courteous. If I have a problem they are here the same day. My elderly parents furnace broke on a subzero day and they fixed it within hours. Bears installed our air conditioner in 2005. We love their service.

Bears Heating does the work that I expect them to do. They do not treat me as a woman, thinking that I do not know anything. They treat me as if I do know what is going on. I have used them before, and I have always been satisfied with their work.
