"Customer does not state that I did a tremendous amount of work free of charge, that I have her floor covered with painter paper, that I asked her for to use her vacuum cleaner (after mine broke) so her house will spotless and she would not have to come home and find a mess, that I dust off all her furniture and floors. That I worked every day (I do not need supervision), that I behave professionally and courteously. Accusing me of using her shower is beyond me, I simply had a soap bar that I use to clean after work, (I am a clean nut, is there crime with that?) I try my best not to use my customer bathrooms but there was no other option. She does not say that her floor was terribly damaged due to a leak that was there for years, and therefore I had to go to the basement (I fixed the problem for free want to see some pictures?) and also to do the plumbing, she does not say that she had a mess there that I cleaned on top of my own. My mistake now I realize was thinking that I was doing her a favor and also being considerate and she took it the wrong way. The picture I hanged was just a detail, after all the picture was a nice one that would go perfectly with the décor inside the bathroom. Again my mistake, thinking I was being considerate, and she took it to offense. She does not say that all the monies she gave, she can account for, that I was working faithfully until she started to accuse or insinuate that stuff was missing, at that time I confronted her and asked that if that was the case it will be better if she would be there while I was doing the work. What I could easily see it that she does not care of anybody, she will not even offer you a glass of water (good thing for Southern Hospitality), I spent a lot of time explaining as much as possible all the details of the work, since she had all this outrages ideas of things she wanted to do, without taking into account that there was no space to do it in the first place. The reason her house may look dirtier now is because she specifically told me that she hire me to do her bathroom, not to clean her house, so I heed her advice. In all the years that I have been working in different parts of the country and in other countries I have never found so a difficult person to work for and what it makes me sad is that true to my way of doing business she took it to offense trying to be nice and going the extra mile and on top of that I was making about $8 an hour (would you like to see before and after pictures, and then tell me if she didn’t get a real bargain?) So live and learn, I think I learned my lesson!"
