Beaver was great until we discovered they used defective steel shingles plus they improperly installed said shingles.
Been trying in vain to get them to replace the roof. They are stalling, pointing fingers, and doing nothing.
They’re nice enough, but nice isn’t replacing the lousy roof.
Install was July, 2025.
Reported issues in October, 2025.
They’ve come out, taken photos, and talked, but have done nothing.
We should not have to hire a lawyer.
We are not at fault.
We hired Beaver.
We paid Beaver in full in July.
We trusted them to use the best materials and provide the best workmanship in the business (their words, not ours).
If they bought/installed poor grade shingles (hoping no one would notice, I guess), they are responsible to make it right.
We shouldn’t be caught in their fight with the manufacturer.
We just want our roof, as perfect as it is supposed to be.
Jeff, had you kept your promises, we would not be posting this.

My roof was damaged and I wasn't sure what i was gonna do. Beaver home services and Lee Paulsen particularly were absolutely amazing. They took care of everything and saved me the headache from dealing with the HOA and insurance company. If I can give 6 stars then id give 7 Lee went above and beyond expectations.

Victoria is a true professional i met her thru a friend she came out did an evaluation on the roof of my business. She found a few minor infractions, there was not a lot of damage. I appreciate the peace of mind as I will definitely use her in the future if something was to happen!

Beaver Home Services came out and were very knowledgeable about what the FREE INSPECTION showed about our roof . We couldn't believe we didn't have more leaks. They helped us through the whole process. If Jon is in your area he's very good ð  Â
