Wood Stairs and Railings Repair
Hired Beavers Building to fix a creaky, loose spiral staircase and they delivered. They were responsive from the start, showed up on time, and clearly knew what they were doing based on the photos I sent ahead of time. The whole repair was wrapped up in a single day, and they left the space cleaner than they found it. Staircase feels solid now, no more creaking. Would absolutely hire them again.

The pro promised to complete a job by a certain time, never even started. Then returns only half of my deposit. My contract with this pro is through your app.

"We have resolved the issue. Due to the high volume of customers our steel fabricator has, they could not construct the railings to meet the deadline Mr. Rodriguez requested. Eventhough I paid for the materials with the deposit, I still refunded Mr. Rodriguez out of good faith. I continued to stay in contact with him each time they pushed the deadline back. I also submitted him with documentation each time they pushed it back. He has been refunded all of his money minus the $100 price for the site visit. We usually waive the site visit price if we do the work. Since the steel fabricator and powder coating was behind on schedule due to their overload of work, my company could not install at the time Mr. Rodriguez wanted. I have all of the communications documented with the steel fabricator and Mr. Rodriguez. I submitted them to him before this complaint was submitted. None of the delay was on our part, yet we still wanted to complete it. We stayed in contact with Mr. Rodriguez every step of the way. Though my company lost money, including paying for the lead, we stand behind our word and our work."

Beavers Building is awesome. From planning to completion Musaddiq was amazing. He has an attention to detail that is honest and refreshing. I would definitely recommend Beavers Building for home improvement needs. Musaddiq turned my dreary ceiling into a beautiful focal point. He does not rush and problem solves as he creates the final product. I cannot say enough about his work. I hope to work with him in the future!

Great. Musaddiq was quick in response, kept in communication, knew exactly what needed to be done. He even spoke to the flooring company I used to do my floors. All parties were on the same page. I'm definitely using this company again for future projects. Pricing is affordable n work was done quick n neatly. 👍💯
