"Mam, we take great pride in ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with both the quality of our work and the service we provide. This commitment to excellence is why, for this project, we gladly supplied the paint and painted the ceilings at no additional cost. Additionally, you provided the baseboards, and we were happy to remove the old ones, install the new baseboards, and paint them?all without extra charges. We applied two coats of paint on the walls and trim, and we invited you and your family to inspect the work with us, which we all did together. Afterward, we returned the furniture to the room, positioned away from the walls, and reinstalled the curtains. During our walkthrough, we pointed out that the paint was still wet and advised you to avoid placing anything against the walls or allowing contact until the next day. We thoroughly inspected the room multiple times and, before leaving, we specifically asked if there was anything else you wanted us to address. Given the dim lighting in the room, it's possible that something minor may have been overlooked, despite our careful review. If you notice any issues, please remember that we stand behind our workmanship?you have my cell number, and all that is needed is a call to make me aware of the problem. We would have no problem correcting anything that needs to be fixed, as your satisfaction remains our highest priority."
