Mark did an excellent job. He cares about his work and wants to make sure you are satisfied. While providing and estimate he took note of a gutter that needed to be replaced and gave me an excellent price. I asked about a chimney cap and he came back to do that as well. I was more than pleased with the services provided and would definitely hire again!

Don't even consider wasting your time or money with Jerry Beeler. It's seriously just not worth the headache. Hired him to repair some brick steps, and the only time he was close to on time was when he came to provide an estimate. Once it was time to start work it was all downhill. He was routinely late, did a lousy amateur job repairing the steps akin to a toddler smearing mortar, and screwed up the acid wash. He was supposed to come back and finish, but as you could have guessed by now, he couldn't be bothered. I tried to resolve the issue with him amicably and he started spewing some crazy nonsense about how only God can judge him and his work, and that I should have gotten the "delux package" if I wanted quality work (there is no delux package, fyi). I'll tell ya though, if there is a God, he certainly isn't happy with a lying cheat like Jerry Beeler and he's judging him very poorly!

Jerry and Mark were great to work with. They are responsive, punctual and reliable. They did a good job on the repair. I wouldn't hesitate to work Jerry and his team again on a future project.

Jerry and his son Mark came out one afternoon and patched the gaps in the corner of our lower level brick home, patched some internal brick gaps on our exposed brick wall, and patched our stone firepit. They did a great job matching the mortar color and were quick and efficient. Nice guys.

Mr. Beeler actually slipped in to examine job in between jobs in the area. He took his time in making sure the mortar color would match for repair work. Examined whole house to see if other work needed to be done - he invented nothing more than what we wanted. Everything was done within a week, we didn't need to be there. Advised before pay, examine and if issues he'd come out and repair. Very satisfied, have already recommended to next door neighbor who saw him working while we were away. Would not hesitate in calling for his help again.

This was an extremely satisfying experience!! Jerry's company built me a beautiful step matching both brick and motar very well. The gentleman that came out was courteous, prompt and an expert craftsman. I could tell he took great pride in his work! He definitely wanted me to be happy. He built the step in a very short time, cleaned everything up completely and was on his way! ANd there is more to this story: I needed to add a brick step as there was only a platform to step onto get into my home. When Jerry agreed to come out, he also noted that some previous motar work was mismatched. After I shared that information with my HOA, the HOA representative actually asked me for Jerry's contact information. Jerry came out to price correcting the previous mistake. Now it appears Jerry's conscientiousness may result in additional work done "the right way!" I am thrilled to highly recommend Jerry Beele!! He is an honest, caring and sincere person whom I feel would do an excellent job for you. Please contact him!!! I surely will if the need arises again. Thanks Jerry!

Jerry promptly returned my call to scheduled a time to come by and assess the work. After a review of the work to be done, we discussed how he might match the mortar and when the work might be completed. Jerry kept me posted as a match for the mortar (via pictures/text). The final result was a perfect match with the old mortar and all cracks repaired. Excellent work, excellent professionalism and excellent experience. I would hire Jerry again in a second. He will be my first call if I need other work done.

The job was done correctly on the day that I requested. It looks great! You cannot even tell that the difference between the old and new mortar. We particularly appreciated the quality of the work and Mr. Beeler's punctuality.

Jerry and his wife answered my call right away regarding a quote and were out to our house the next day. Once we decided to move forward with them, they were able to schedule the project promptly. Jerry and his team looked at several brickyards to find matching bricks to fill in the foundation hole and, while they couldn't find the exact one (it had been discontinued), the one that they ended up using matches very well and my husband and I are very happy with the final result. Jerry's team also did a good job on the side steps and were able to make the railing completely sturdy, which was my primary concern.

<p>I have a 30 year old chimney that had a small area of the lower part of it, separated from the main exterior structure. Additionally, a small 6' board attached to the chimney and the structure of the house had rotted and needed to be replaced. (They agreed to fix the board as part of the deal, (which I was most concerned about) They also patched a few places of concrete on my exterior basement wall. They did OK with everything except dealing with the rotted board. I have placed many calls and sent emails, with no real response. They used Angies list as a reference. I wish I had used somebody else, I have recently replaced the board, and discovered there is major rot in the structures involved. </p> <p><br></p>

"In response to this review, I want to say that we take every job seriously, It can be a $200.00 job to an unlimited price. We give every job the same amount of attention and consideration..This is our livelihood and our reputation on the line, our good name is very important to us, just as doing a good job for each customer is important. And we do good work and work hard to make each customer feel that they are important. If you don't do this, then why be in business at all .We first assessed this job in the beginning for repairs to cracked stucco and a bit of stone repair for the amount of $1250.00. This Angie's List customer had other proposals, but he came to us. After this customer inspected our work, the $1200.00 check was written, not for the correct amount, which I didn't look at, but my wife did and mentioned to me it wasn't paid in full that evening. This customer called and said there was no board on left side of chimney. Truthfully, we had advised him of the extensive structural damage behind his siding. Adding this piece of wood to cover some of it would not help his problem. We told him we would be out before winter to cover that area. He calls, and calls, each time we explain the board can't be attached to anything because there is nothing solid to attach it to on the siding. This rotting was very bad. I had suggestions to help reconstruct all of it but, he didn't want to go that way. Still we went to his home to show him his problems. He had caulked a board into the rotted corner by the chimney. We could have done the very same thing but, we will not do shoddy work just to get money. If we don't accomplish anything from this review, We want anyone who reads this to know we don't do sub-standard work, just to make a bit of money. We believe people should get their money's worth. Yes, we may be more expensive than others but, we stand by our work. And customers have a choice besides us, we just appreciate their business and hope to keep doing good work for a long time. We wish we could have made this customer happy, even though we didn't get paid properly but, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL! Please understand this is not yelling like people think in the new way of texting, typing, sending messages. This is just to assure anyone reads and understand we care for our customers. I hired Mr. Beeler to build a brick wall approximately 7ft high and 15ft long as an addition to an already existing wall. I knew there was going to be problems when the man Mr. Beeler sent out didn't have a ladder or all the tools necessary including the shovel to dig the footer. I loaned him the tools and he started the job. On the second day I noticed the quality of the work was terrible with missing mortar and unfinished. When Mr. Beeler came to collect the fee I showed him the poor work...so poor....he had to send his Son out to tear down and rebuild the top half of the wall. Needless the say the poor workmanship finally came home to roost when after less than two years the wall fell over completely in one piece. Come to find out the footer was not big or deep enough and the new wall was not tied into the existing. When I called Mr. Beeler to advise he only comment was "nature does funny things." Well nature had nothing to do with this just plain terrible work and he now refuses to accept or respond to my calls. Buyer beware he does not stand behind his work.

"My work is guaranteed for 1 year. But also in reference to the mulch added around the wall, it was too much for a single free standing privacy wall to have that much water-holding mulch. Combined with wind and rain, it was recommended that drainage be added around that particular privacy wall entirely. I hate that this happened to his wall but, it was suggested to add the drainage. Jerry B."
