I paid $250 to have a honeybee colony removed without killing them. I talked to Jonathan who was professional and knowledgeable. He assured me that the bee keeper would safely remove the bees and keep them alive and healthy. However, I am not sure this is the case. The workers stuffed the bees into a trash bag. When I put something in a trash bag it is generally thrown away and not kept alive. Unfortunately I could not communicate with the bee keeper and her 2 workers because they did not speak a word of English. Any question I asked had to be translated over the phone, which was very frustrating. In summary, I feel like I was told what I wanted to hear. I’m not sure that you will get what you pay for if you want live removal and relocation. I’d use another bee removal service with more effective communication.

Could not have gone better. Bee Safe called within two hours of my initial call (on a Saturday, no less) and sent Travis Feiner from Bee'n Green out to my house. Travis was (very) prompt, polite, and competent. The bees returned after relocation, and Travis was back out within a day of me notifying him of this. Bees have not returned since. I could not be happier with the level of service.

Prompt response by estimator who stated price for bee hive removal ($1499) AND BEE EXTERMINATION ($499) and we agreed to bee hive removal. He would not produce a written work order with pricing! Did not come with needed planned long ladder, so 3 hour delay in starting. Excellent service men. They could not find hive; so extermination completed. Then bill for $999 plus tax. So far, attempts to talk with supervisor unsucessful. Very poor business practices.

I called in the morning and David was at my house by 10:00 a.m. He determined I had caught the bees early as they were just starting to use my house as their new home and he exterminated and gave me a years warranty. The problem was not severe enough to remove to a hive. David was very nice and professional and very informative about bees.

Highly recommend! I reached a scheduler immediately and had the beekeeper out within two business days. They removed the siding to remove and clean out the honeycomb and safely gathered the bees.

I spoke with the local office and a beekeeper contacted me within 2 hours. We scheduled for 8:00 the next morning and the beekeeper arrived at 7:45. He looked at the problem spot and went right to work poisoning the bees' holes. He filled with caulking and it looks as if there had been no damage. <br /> The work is 100% guaranteed for a year. <br /> As an Angie's List member, I received 25.00 off the 299.00 job. <br /> I am extremely pleased with the company and the work.

"Hi [Removed member name]- Thanks for your review, although I would like to clarify that the cable and new fabric were results of factory defects and take up to two weeks for us to get in, once they are ordered from the factory. As soon as the cable arrived we came out that week on a Friday to replace it. We received your fabric replacement two weeks ago and my installer is coming today Friday 8/14/2015 at 12:30 pm as per our scheduled appointment to replace the factory defect one. Because these items were results of the factory, it does not cover our time to come back and replace the parts. We normally charge a service fee of $95.00, but haven't. I am sorry for the delay on the fabric replacement, but the defect is so miner you were still able to use enjoy your shades until we did the replacement. Granted I agree the communication could have been better. Sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you. Sincerely, Kevin Hill"
